i am appalled with my whole experience! Workers really looked at me when I asked for my order and just goes “we don’t have that” then while i just stood there he then says it wasn’t ready yet. I finally got my food and once I got home, of course it was the WRONG pizza and these are our “BBQ wings”

It was my first time ordering with Marco’s and it was an easy ordering process but I never received an email when my food was ready. The good thing is I did receive an email saying when they put it in the oven so next time I know after the 15min of receiving that email it will be ready.

I ordered pizza from Marco’s (N. Tarrant Pkwy location) for the first time today.
I ordered a Large Chicken Fresco pizza with White Sauce, Spinach, Bacon, Grilled Chicken, Green Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Cheese, and a Romesan Crust (which is a blend of dried tomato and parmesan cheese, applied to the crust), it was perfectly done and it’s easily the best pizza I’ve had in quite a while. They’ve just earned themselves a loyal customer. Be sure to check out Marco’s coupons on their website, I used one and only paid $11.81 + tax for this really great tasting pizza

On august 9, 2023 at 6:07pm I put in an order onlime for two medium pizzas. One of them steak and cheese the other spinach and cheese. I should have checked before I left but I trusted them. BIG MISTAKE. My steak was burnt and the other was filled with hot soggy lettuce instead of spinach!!!!!
I called at 7:28pm and spoke to a manager who said his name was “Shay” or “Shane”.
I kindly told him what happened and he said “Oh yeah, we are out of spinaxh so we used lettuce” I asked “why was I not called to be asked for a replacement ingredient or why was I not told at the time of pick up?” And he said “yeah, sorry about that”.
Although they offered a refund, it still didm’t solve my dinner problem! I am taking care of my sick family and unable to go elsewhere for food. We tried to eat yhe burnt pizza and the one with disgusting soggy lettuce but it was unbereable. We were left without dinner tonight.
What a shame that they couldn’t offer to replace our dinner.

Recently moved to this area. First time trying this pizza place. Customer service was good. But, man was I hoping the pizza would be good. It wasn’t. No seasoning. I must have got the bad pizza. Or the wrong baker but my wife and kids have to keep looking. Wish you guys the best. We gave it a shot.

We have eaten here many times and that is the only reason for the 3 stars. Usually we have a very positive experience. Today was the biggest cluster I have experienced in a long time. The site was downgraded (discounts didn’t work correctly and I couldn’t track my order). My driver arrived about 20 minutes late and when he opened his back hatch a pizza bag fell out. When he delivered and left we noticed he dropped off the wrong order. I called the store and they sent him back to pick up the order and leave ours. About another 40 minutes later and he finally comes back. We started eating so we had nothing to give him (I’m not sure why we would anyway). He says that’s fine and leaves. When I open our order which is the pizza we actually want it was of course the ones that fell out of his car lol. I am convinced that is why he gave us the wrong order to begin with. We made the best of our deconstructed mess and I must say it is the worst tasting pizzas we’ve ever had from Marcos. Rubbery cheese, sauce not spread evenly, etc. Usually I love them. I’m not sure what witchcraft happened there today but I hope it was a 1 time thing. It will be a long time before I will be able to bring myself to order from this location again. I hope the other customer was able to finally get their order as well.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a liter of root beer at 3:45 pm to be delivered at 5:30pm and had to go to the store and get the order at 6pm. Was hung up on 4 times prior to me deciding to get it myself. No apologies, no offer to remedy the horrible service. If you must order from Marco’s do not use this location of 5250 North Tarrant in Keller.

So I haven’t written a review in a hot minute but we just ordered from here (4 medium pizzas and a grilled chicken Ceasar salad) This salad is hands down the best salad I have ever had from a pizza joint/fast food place. The dressing pairs amazingly with the spices they put in the chicken and the croutons are clearly made in house and taste like a mix of garlic bread and texas toast. The pizza was also really good, the sauce didn’t taste too acidic, so I didn’t get kicked in the butt with heartburn. We also saved $20 ordering ahead and using the deals on their website! This place is 5/5 star pregnant lady approved.
