Absolutely AWFUL location. This is what they handed me after standing in their lobby for 30 minutes PAST when my pickup order was supposed to be ready. There’s about 20 people working behind the counter and not a single idea what’s going on between all of them. Im not kidding when I say every single person looked clueless. No one is in charge and no one took responsibility. I just kept getting told “another 4 or 5 minutes” over and over. I opened it right in front of them to check it, and when I told them it looked pretty terrible considering how long I had stood there waiting for it, they shrugged their shoulders and said “surely you don’t want to wait for us to make it again?”. I could go on but I think the point is made. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I come pick up pizza here at least three times a week and the employees are amazing and the food is freaking amazing. But I have come to notice that every time it was incredibly hot in there and working conditions are subpar for the employees.
something has to change. It is not fair for the employees to work in an 85° environment especially in food service when you’re around hot ovens.

Marco’s Pizza in Aubrey is a small gem that truly stands out! They offer a great selection of pizzas and sandwiches, making it a perfect spot for pizza lovers. Looks like they got it together since opening. I have to say this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I ordered a pizza based off a Tik Tok trend that made me crave it. I placed order on the ap and is was promptly ready for me in twenty minutes. I ordered a small, white sauce, reg crust, bacon, steak, black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, and green peppers. It was piping hot and the crust was crispy. Impressed by the quality and service. I will order again as it was so good and very close to home.

This was one of the most upsetting and disgusting experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I placed a large order from Marco’s in Pilot Point, and not only was everything wrong—wrong toppings, sloppily made, clearly thrown together with zero care—but the real nightmare started when I called to fix it. The manager promised me a credit to make it right. But when I followed up? Suddenly there was “no record” of anything. No apology. No accountability. even when I told him the person I spoke to what time was it the date and the cost I even showed him a receipt of a credit card statement Just and an arrogant, dismissive attitude like I was the problem for expecting basic decency. But it gets worse. The way I was spoken to when I went in there was beyond disrespectful—it was blatantly racist. The owner called me a “dirty Indian.” And said he’s tired of our people just Let that sink in. A business owner said that to a paying customer. I was shocked, humiliated, and honestly, heartbroken. No one deserves to be treated like that. Not over pizza. Not ever. This isn’t just bad service. It’s cruelty. It’s hate. It’s something I’ll never forget. Do NOT support this location. Spend your money where human decency still matters. Because clearly, it doesn’t here.

Just tried Marco’s pizza for the first time! We got thin crust cheese, cinnamon squares, brownie and pizzoli.
We ordered online and when we arrived to pick it up, they were running a bit late, forgot an item of ours, and their employees, who are mainly younger adults/teens, were messing around as we were waiting for our order. They also handed us the incorrect order initially. None of these things are a big deal, just something to note!
The thin crust pizza was ok, not great, not terrible! The sauce was… interesting. It was almost solid, like a gelatin type of consistency.
Pizzoli was pretty good, husband gives it 8/10, losing 2 points because it is very greasy.
The cinnamon squares were ok. Initially when I was eating them, I couldn’t put my finger on what it was that was “unusual” about them but then I realized that they almost had a savory taste to it. The brownies are rich, topped with chocolate syrup comparable to what you buy at the store.
I am not someone who usually leaves reviews and I would eat it again if it were available but it wouldn’t be my first choice! Felt compelled to write an honest, detailed and thorough review as many neighborhoods were eagerly waiting for this business to open.

On April 29th, I had purchased two large pizzas for carry out, and on my way to my vehicle, a gust of wind caught the top pizza and it fell to floor. I returned into the store with the smashed pizza and asked to pay for another large since I had dropped it. The staff was so kind and graciously offered to replace it, free of charge. Absolute excellent customer service (a special shout out to Mason), and truthfully one that was not merited for me since it was my fault. I’m truly appreciative of the kindness, and I wanted to make sure to speak on an extremely positive experience, especially when it’s easier to only write reviews to complain. Kudos to this location!
