Just ordered a Deluxe (supreme) pizza through DoorDash. I didn’t take anything off on the app, nor does my receipt say I did. My husband picked up my order, and it was just sauce and dough. We called to ask for a refund they said refunds needed to be through Doordash (I understand). We asked if the pizza could just be remade, since they already got the money for it, and it doesn’t make sense to order a Deluxe pizza and take EVERYTHING (even the cheese) off. After talking back and forth, while we could still hear them, they said no, but couldn’t explain it. I’ve check numerous times, as one employee said over the phone that “they took everything off”, but it doesn’t show anywhere on my receipt. Thankfully, a Doordash representative refunded me after the whole ordeal, but I just wanted the pizza I paid them for. Just didn’t make sense to pay another $20 through the app and potentially not get the proper order again.

Great pizza and staff, the food to me was super fresh ingredients and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be making a lot more visits here in the future.

Was greeted apon arriving. Informed cashier it was a first time visit. He introduced himself and showed us multiple sizes and types of pizzas. They also had offered subs, salads, and pizza bowls. Only 20oz bottle and 2 litters available there is no fountain drinks, even for dine in. Was a good first impression!

If I could give 0 stars, I sure would!! Ordered 2 pizza bowls today, one was literally 1/8″ thick and burnt to a crisp and other one was nothing but completely raw onions. Neither one was edible. Called the store, spoke to on shift manager. When asked what could be done to rectify this so we had something for dinner that we could actually eat, he responded with “I made them so I know they are right and since I did nothing wrong, there is nothing I can or will do for you.” This is the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. I will be contacting the GM tomorrow when he comes in and let him know what kind of customer service driven managers he does NOT have working for him!! We have ate Marco’s in many different areas of the country but this one is the worst ever. Just moved to this area and can mark Marco’s off the list of places we will be visiting. Horrible experience!

First of all, your service is very wonderful: the agent on the phone that we spoke to was warm and friendly; proud that he remembered our address, and on top of that, that is commendable!
I had no problem treating my beloved sister out. I requested 15 plain wings and my sister requested a combination pizza.
Now look!….. instead of having 15 chicken wings, I ended up having 14 wings- 1 taken from 15. Does any of your workers know how to count?! My sister’s pizza was overcooked! What happened with all of this? For $49.06, that is too costly for all of this! And we thank you for the order, but this could have been better!

Crust is soo good. But topping needs to be cut smaller. All toppings are rolling down before tasting them.

This was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was crispy, but the ingredients were undercooked, plus the way they cut it into squares made it difficult to eat. The “Greek Salad ” was a total joke.

Waited over an hour to get a salad and a drink delivered to me. Promise delivery time was 6:58pm. I called at 7:08pm and they told me it would be 20 more minutes. I finally got my order at 7:57, an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. Salad isn’t even made properly! A Greek salad is made with banana peppers not green peppers. Every time I order from the store off university, they either mess up my order or they don’t deliver it when they say they will. I will order at the marcos off Teasley from now on, they always get my order right.
