A few weeks ago we ordered three pizzas. 1. Pepperoni 2. The Big Cheese with white sauce, bacon and jalapenos. 3. Cheese pizza with bacon. All with garlic butter and parmesan crust. None of the pizzas had this crust. The pizzas were dry and weren’t good. We tried emailing the restaurant letting them know they messed up and we never received a response back. This was our go to pizza place but we’ll probably try to find another one.

Customer service here is always great and the pizza is so delicious. Ordering through the app makes for even quicker service. The pizza sauce is very robust and is by far my favorite pizza sauce from a pizza place. I always get the thin crust cut into triangles and it never disappoints.

I consider this a takeout place – this the lower atmosphere rating. HOWEVER, this is a good pie!!! This location is well run and staffed. I didn’t resize it is more than pizza, the menu is extensive. My new favorite pizza take out or delivery location.

Very disappointed with this post I’m about to write. Especially when we are regular customers to this location really wish this did not happen. We ordered 2 pizzas one supreme and one pepperoni pizzas. We received burnt dried no sauce pizzas no crust toppers and no Parmesan cheese or crushed peppers. We Called Marcos pizza to let them know about the issue but Ted manager on duty did not care nor did he help us and still had the nerve to hang up the phone on us while we where still talking. We are very disappointed with the outcome we normally order at least once a week from here but not going to happen anymore.

I wish that I could zero stars!!! Justin was rude and rolled his eyes in my face! Then I explained what I wanted from to the GM. And he said no I’m not remaking your pizza but that’s not what I wanted. I was told about a promotion after I paid for my pizza. So I asked for them to honor it. And pretty much to wrap it up I was yelled out in front of the employees. A guy from New Jersey seen it happened and walked me outside to make sure I was ok! I can’t tennis name but he always has great customer service when I come in.

Absolutely perfect. They were nice, friendly, and the food was cooked perfectly and i got all the toppings I asked for. The guy who took my payment was funny and cute, even though I’m shy so I didn’t say much 🙂
