This was my first time ordering and eating Marco’s Pizza. We ordered the Triple Magnifico Pepperoni pizza and it was done to perfection and then some. The amount of pepperoni they put on our pizza was how it should be when you double or triple up at other pizza parlors. I’m sold, probably won’t be eating pizza from any of the other local pizza joints.

Today we ordered from Marcos for the first time. I made an accident and ordered the wrong Pizza. I called, and the gentleman was very nice and he was able to fix the order. Once it got delivered I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. However, this was not a problem for the team. They immediately send a new order out. The girl who delivered the Pizza was so sweet. And all Pizzas were absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for your accomodations and being so kind. Great customer service!We will be back!

Called to place an order and Rebecca was very impatient with me. After two simple questions, she had already started sighing heavily as if I was a difficult customer. She obviously had low interest and tolerance for clarifying my questions or concerns and made me feel like a burden. That was very unpleasant as I hadn’t given any trouble.
Anyway, they offer a coupon code to the residents of my apartment complex where the flyer says we can order over the phone or online but when you try ordering online, you get charged full price and when you call, you have to give someone your card info (extremely unsafe and I definitely wasn’t going to do that with someone who was already clearly frustrated with me). The only other options were to pay cash upon delivery (which I didn’t have) or come into the store myself (much less convenient). When I asked if I could simply get the discount code to pay online, they said they have no other option for me to pay or get the discount code even though they could’ve simply given me the code and allow me to input online to checkout on the site myself. I guess they didn’t care to lose a sale since it was discounted anyway. Very disappointing.

Ordered the white thin crust with two toppings and it wasn’t really edible. The crust basically broke into pieces so all you could eat were the toppings. Must have been a bad night because I ordered this previously and it was delicious.

I can’t believe I haven’t eaten here sooner. My 1st time trying this place, it was awesome, I got the pepperoni magnifico, and cheesy bread. Great deals on the app. And the pizza is literally my favorite I’ve ever had. Had to eat a few slices before posting lol. Over all great!

Ordered for a fundraiser and my kids were absent on the day their classes decorated boxes. They delivered the pizzas in blank boxes so that my kids could still color them and helped me out with some other order issues. Super great guys!

Alex when I called in my order was super helpful and patient. Sometimes customer service can be lost over time, since we live in such a transactional time. Personal customer service with large chains just seem like you’re just another number but my pizza was steaming hot and done just the way I requested. And the customer service was better than I expected. Brownie points for the local Marco Pizza in Burleson!
