Solid spot for a quick bite. The kitchen is efficient; my food came out hot and right on time. The service and vibe are pretty standard/okay, but the food quality is definitely there. A little more attention to the dining area would easily make this a 5-star spot.

This place is truly going down hill, simply because of who they choose to make the face of their company. It’s so important of who you put as the face for your company. It could either grow it or bring it straight to the ground. I am a very loyal customer of Marcos Pizza and come here at least twice a week to give my business. The level of unprofessionalism that comes from their GM, Briana, is ridiculous. How inconsiderate is it to snatch a paying customers food from them and tell them to find a another store to go to and come back for your food all because your establishment does not have $30 to give in change. Briana was rude, nonchalant, inconsiderate that i had my children with me, and even yelled from across the establishment while trying to converse vs having respect enough to come to the counter to handle the issue. Mention to you, there are no signs posted, nothing online, nor is this stated on the phone prior to a customer coming for their order. Not only that, but the level of inconsistencies their location carries is also very unprofessional. One day they honor military and then they don’t, somedays they don’t honor orders online and change the price in store, etc. Whats even more dememaning, is when you ask for clarification, there is no accountability, but a simple “I dont make the rules”. I will never give this location my business again. No customer wants to dine at a place where they’re treated as a number vs valued. Out of all the places many customers pass, they decided to stop at your establishment and give you their business. It’s the principle. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I am a big fan of Marco’s Pizza. However, this location is by far the worst pizza joint in the DFW area. The pizza I ordered was very saggy, as if it had been microwaved. It was not edible, and I even tried putting it in an air fryer to make it crispy, but that did not work. The workers here are not well trained and seem to be indifferent to customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this location ever again as long as I am alive. They really need to do something about their quality and service, or else they will not last long.

The food was generally good. Got cheese and pepperoni. My biggest issue was the Cinna squares, they were good but the icing was nasty, it tastes like straight up plastic. Would not recommend using the icing that comes with it.

This is the second time I had an issue with this place. First time my pizza looks like it has been in a car crash, and the only problem I have is that it wasn’t cut square like I asked. Can Marco’s ever get me right when my pizza gets delivered.

I have been a customer to this particular location for many years. There was an issue to day in regards to providing change for a $50. I was told by the “assistant manager” that Marcos doesn’t accept larger bills. I explained to her I didn’t have any other means to make the payment. She stated to go up the street to another store to get change and comeback. Because I drove 15 minutes to get this pizza, I went ahead and got the change. Upon returning she tried to charge me an extra $5.00 for my order. I explained to her how much it should be and what I ordered. When I paid for the pizza I noticed it was cold. When I asked for the number for corporate she got very defensive. I tried explaining to her that I was filing a complaint because I never experienced issues with service at this locate in regards to getting change. She proceeded to cut me off while I was trying to talk and refused to listen. I just wanted them to remake my pizza because it was cold and I knew it was going to get hard on the 15 minute drive back home. Disappointed doesn’t began to describe my experience today. DO BETTER MARCOS.

Good pizza most of the time. We’ve had trouble finding a decent pizza place in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. Marcos has been the most consistent and has had the order right every time. We order pizza about once a week. What doesn’t make sense about this location is the amount of grease on the bottom of the pizzas. It’s so bad that tonight the grease leaked out of the box all over me. There is no reason so much butter, oil, or what ever they use needs to be put in the pan. It literally soaks through the boxes.
This place could be hands down the best pizza place in the area if they could lay off their non-stick agent.
Edit: Since posting this and leaving them multiple surveys the greasiness stopped. Unfortunately they have removed dipping sauces to order through Doordash. Is it too much to ask for sauces?
