A portion of our order was never delivered. That alone is frustrating, but mistakes can happen. What cannot be excused is the way it was handled.
When my wife called to request a simple partial refund for the items we paid for but did not receive, she spoke with an employee named Jessica. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, or attempting to resolve the issue, Jessica hung up on her mid-conversation.
Hanging up on a customer who is calmly asking to be refunded for missing items is beyond unprofessional, it’s disrespectful. We weren’t asking for anything free. We weren’t being unreasonable. We were asking to be refunded for food that was never delivered. That is the absolute bare minimum of accountability any business should provide.
The food being incomplete was one problem. The dismissive and hostile customer service was a much bigger one. Being treated as though our concern didn’t matter and being literally hung up on shows a complete lack of basic professionalism.
This location seriously needs management oversight and customer service training. Until that happens, I cannot recommend ordering from here
I placed an order for delivery and the driver forgot part of the order. The driver apologized, and said they’d go get the other item and come back. Nearly an hour went by, and they hadn’t come back. I called Marcos to make sure the driver was ok, and explained they hadn’t been back. The person who answered didn’t seem to care the delivery was an hour late. I asked for a refund for the part that wasn’t delivered, and refused. Did the survey, and still no reply.
Today I placed an order, and part of it wasn’t even cooked. I guess we should start checking it upon receiving an order, or picking it up. Called them to advise that we’d just received dough, and again the employee didn’t seem to care. “I can remake it, or give you a credit”… I just want the food to be cooked properly. Pics for proof.
