I used to love Marco’s Pizza when it first opened, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. I’ve given this location not one, not two, but three chances after noticing a decline in taste and consistency, and each time it’s been the same disappointing experience.
Most recently, on Friday, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, extra sauce, beef, and bacon. The pizza tasted completely different than it used to. The pepperoni flavor was off, and the beef was just sitting on top of the cheese, falling off the pizza instead of being embedded into it. Overall, it just wasn’t good.
I also used to love their cinnamon sticks, but the quality there has declined as well. They’re always overcooked, barely have any cinnamon, and taste like plain bread. If it weren’t for the glaze, there would be absolutely no flavor or substance.
I’m not sure if management changed or if something else is going on, but after three tries with the same order and the same poor quality, I’ve decided it’s time to take my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing because Marco’s used to be a go-to for me.

Pizza cost too much to show up overcooked. We always pay extra for cheese and sauce, and didn’t get it. This location is inconsistent. Sometimes SO delicious, and also thrown together and average. Look at our $24 pizza. Do better Marco’s.

Good pizza, but this location is an absolute disaster! There is almost always a considerable wait, even for online orders that show as “ready”. My husband waited for AN HOUR to pick up an online order tonight, and there were 6+ people in front of him who had been waiting longer. When he finally arrived back home, we discovered that our order was incorrect – SERIOUSLY??!! Perhaps if staff wasn’t texting, they could’ve paid closer attention to detail and been more timely. Previous instances include being charged twice/incorrectly, receiving pizza without the specified customizations, and rude staff with zero sense of urgency. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, and the manager(s) need to recognize that this location won’t stay in business unless they decide to address the ongoing issues. Until then, we will be ordering pizza elsewhere.

Our first time ordering!
Two complaints…. No mushrooms (which is fine with me, but my oldest loooooves mushroom pizza) and the website sometimes glitches – but both things are probably out of this location’s control.
Anyway, delivery was prompt. Pizza was delicious all around.
To quote my 4yo daughter: “That pizza man cook’s really good!”
Hoping to make this our go-to for pizza delivery since the Hot Deals are awesome which makes the price right!

Marcos Pizza is hands down the best! I ordered delivery and it arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The crust was perfect, the toppings were generous, and the flavor really stood out compared to other pizza chains. I was impressed that it still tasted like it just came out of the oven when it arrived at my door. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great pizza and reliable service!

I normally don’t do bad reviews but the service and food was awful. I ordered a salad and two pizza’s. The salad was a day old the cheese on the pizza’s were hardly melted. I called and sent pictures of the day old salad and I guess they thought I’ve never eaten a salad or knows what one should look like. Because the person I talked to said the salad was totally normal. I tried supporting a new place in town never again.

The majority of my visits and orders from Marco’s has been great and a great experience except for my visit.
On 12/28/2025 part of my order included a steak and cheese sandwich. In the sandwich was all mushrooms and no steak in the sandwich. It was very disappointing.

I would’ve given zero stars if I could. I ordered a small white cheezy, a cinnasquare, and a 20oz orange crush. My drink was missing, the cinnasquare looked barely baked and barely had cinnamonsugar and wasn’t cut properly, and the white cheezy.. ONLY HAD CHEESE.. I think it was just feta or something. I was missing the garlic sauce cup too and there wasn’t any roma on the crust for the white cheezy. There was none of the tomatoes, bacon, and onion AT ALL on the white cheezy I ordered. I felt completely disappointed at my order. Glad to know they’re giving a reimbursement for it. This Marco’s store needs to do better with their orders. Mine was as simple as it could be and it was still messed up.
