We did an online order and we went up there just 15 min later and the food was ready and piping hot. Not only was it ready super fast it all tasted so great! Cheese bread was super cheesy and flavorful. The cinnamon bread was awesome and the the magnifco pep and sausage with a white sauce pizza with steak and bacon! We have been sleeping on them, so we’ll definitely be back!

I am going to stop buying from this place. The pizza has no cheese or sauce look at the edges (too much crust). The middle of the calzone, which is supposed to be the most cheesy, meaty, and saucy, only has dough in the middle part. It’s the worst $29 I’ve ever spent! Any other pizza place makes a better pizza for a much better price.
(Update) The store owner called me the next day, keep in mind I did my post at 9 pm, she introduce herself and was very gracious. She offered to re-do the order for free but I know how hard you have to work when you have your own business that I told her that I would give the store a 2nd chance and pay for it, but I haven’t had time to go. I will try to go this weekend and give you guys an update. The fact that they took the time to call back to fix the problem says a lot. I will see you soon!

Update: I want to share a positive follow-up. Despite the challenges caused by the winter weather, the store manager, Jessica, personally called me this morning to apologize for what happened yesterday and went above and beyond by providing a store credit. I truly appreciate her professionalism, understanding, and willingness to make things right. Because of how this was handled, we will absolutely continue ordering from this location for our future work functions.
I placed a pizza order in advance for our staff today and fully understand the challenges caused by winter weather. To be proactive, I called to check on the delivery status and I was informed there was only one driver and one person preparing the pizzas. I asked if she would please just check the status and I would have someone pick it up to make things easier, I was told no because the she, the driver, needed to leave to make the delivery instead. The call then disconnected without further communication.
While I understand staffing shortages, the interaction itself was unprofessional and did not reflect good customer service—especially after offering a reasonable solution.

Best place to grab fresh fast pizza! Got off work late and was debating on eating or not, saw this place still open at 11pm!
A guy named Chris R. and another gentleman were super friendly & helpful listing off ingredients and pointing out drink choices. Can’t wait to go back, I heard the cheese sticks are 10/10! Wish they had a tip jar they definitely deserved it. Was a very clean pick up location.

Only zero stars could be appropriate for the zero amount of concern they gave my existence. I came in a bit after they opened hoping to order some pizzas. I stood at the counter for five minutes waiting for one of the two people milling about to even say hello, but they acted as if i was invisible. Eventually i asked if they were busy and they muttered something about having alot of orders and i left. If this place makes good pizza I wouldn’t know because i was not able to buy any. Do not come here in person and expect service or basic courtesy of any kind.

I ordered online today. I recently moved in the area and I’ve heard a lot of good things about Marco pizza. I ordered the large all meat pizza, XL pepperoni pizza, Buffalo wings and cheesy bread. Sorry I only got a chance to post the all meat pizza. From the moment I opened the box I couldn’t wait to taste it… we had it delivered. The presentation was nice and the food was fresh and hot. My first bite of the all meat pizza with bell peppers was so good . We enjoyed everything. I will definitely order again. Thanks guys
