First review of this location, but have been ordering from them for years at this point.
First of all, you rarely have to pay full menu price, because they typically have great specials and rewards. For instance, this order was unlimited large 2 topping pizzas for $8.99 each, and this special has been running for a couple of weeks. Second, I used my reward points and got an additional $10.00 off.
But that doesn’t matter as much. It’s because the service has been great, the food is always delivered hot and fresh, and I love the flavor of the pizza. If you haven’t tried Marco’s yet, I recommend you do.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon squares for delivery. They deliver and forget the glaze the goes over the squares. Driver goes back to the store to get the glaze then comes back out to the house to give to me. I tell them I want a fresh order of cinnamon squares and they refuse unless I pay for another order. Said they would be fine cold. Complete clown show. Been ordering from them for 5 years. Won’t order from them again if this is how they treat customers.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I ordered online specifically a pizza without sauce, the pie was delivered with sauce. Tried calling the store, they initially agreed to remake. Great. Then received a second call they could not accommodate the remake. Geeze people. Do your job and make it right!!! Done. Do better!!!

We’ve ordered pizza from here a few times already since we moved to Forney about 2 yrs ago now since we’ve never tried it before. We’ve never had any issues ordering online for pickup or even for delivery, and the pizza itself is just delicious! It’s always made fresh & we always feel some kinda way if we order from elsewhere bc we’ll end up saying “we should’ve just ordered from Marco’s” but long story short, we highly recommend Marco’s Pizza to everyone so if you’re in the Heath/Rockwall area stop by & grab you a box!
