Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch:
On my usual pizza night, I resisted the standard Fire-type move and tried the Pizzoli from Marco’s Pizza instead and it evolved way past Hot Pocket expectations. I ordered both the Pepperoni & Sausage and the Chicken, Bacon & Ranch versions, which in hindsight was like sending out two Snorlax at once, ambitious, but heavy. The portions are generous, and once you break through that golden crust, it’s all warm, gooey, perfectly cooked goodness, a true prize Pokémon. The ranch dipping sauce sealed the deal like a held item bonus. Sometimes the best move isn’t the one you always use, it’s the one you didn’t expect to be super-effective.

I just want management to know that serving pizza sauce with mold is not acceptable. I called them back and told the manager on call today at 9pm that I didn’t want any refund, and just wanted to notify them of this serious issue to prevent another customer getting poisoned or something and he casually told me to just ‘get another sauce and they we are doing the best we can do’. No apologies, nothing! So, this’ my way of getting attention to management. Some of us don’t care about the drama, free pizzas, refunds or any of it. We just want to protect the public, and help you do better. When your managers on duty doesn’t take public health seriously , that’s when it becomes a problem! We will always order from you- as we have for the last 5 years weekly, because we actually love your pizza but cannot afford an ER visit! We need you to take consumer health seriously- and the managers on duty need to, as well. Not everyone is looking for a free pizza. You can do better Marcos!

Hive vibe pizza! Marcos makes the most consistent pizza in town and when they have a mistake, which is rare, they are so willing to take accountability. I ordered a pizza from store #5126 on today 09/11/23 at 3:39pm via the website. I arrive at Marco’s no later than 4:05. When I arrived, there were two employees, one being the “manager”. No waiting pizzas outside of mine and none being made or any customers. When the guy handed me the pizza, he said that he read the ticket wrong and gave me a side of pizza sauce. My order was for a medium cheese pizza with no pizza, add white sauce, pepperoni and parm cheese crust. Upon arriving home at 4:10. I began to eat “one” slice of pizza. I noticed it was very thin and dry, I inspected it and realized there was no sauce on the pizza. I called up to the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was put on a six minute hold, I hung up and called back up and asked if it would be better if I returned to the store, the employee informed me that the manager was busy and to hold on. When the manager came to the phone I informed him of the error with my pizza. He stated that he told me he messed up and that’s why he gave me the pizza sauce, keep in mind I didn’t want pizza sauce I asked for white sauce. I told him that I was unaware that was the mistake he was speaking of and asked if I could bring back my pizza for a refund. The manager then informed me that the pizza he made was immaculate and that he has never had any complaints regarding the amount of sauce he used and that he was sorry that I was not satisfied. I informed him that I always order the white sauce and I am 100% sure that there is no sauce on this pizza, that it was only meat bread and cheese. I again asked if I could bring the pizza up there for a refund. He told me that they did not do refunds and that there was nothing else he could do for me. I asked him if he could provide me the number for corporate and he proceeded to disconnect the call. I reached out to another Marco’s pizza that is close in proximity and they informed me that “no refunds” was not in their policy. I will never order from this Marcos again and will continue to share the horrible experience I endured today. I have included pictures of this immaculate pizza.

I just wanted to thank the employee(s) that decided to just make whatever they felt even though I specifically ordered thin crust but for some reason that’s not what I got for either. Then I forgot to add the ranch cup with 1 pizza was charged a $1 even though my receipt doesnt show I was charged a $1 for the other cup. I even tipped for this poor service. Now I understand why people do not tip prior to getting their food (which I won’t do but dang) you never know what you might get. Didn’t bother calling because I didn’t feel the kids working would care nor do anything about it, plus I was hungry, so I figured I’d let others know. Be ware you just might get what you didn’t order ijs. Thanks, Marco’s

Let’s talk stats: I’ve ordered from here 30+ times over a few years. Only ONE time did they not get the order 100% accurate — the put tomatoes, when I asked for them to be excluded —- it was much better with the tomatoes. Props to the crews making these pizzas happen
