Ordered dinner online to pickup. It was ready at the arranged time. They opened each box while there to make sure we were getting what we ordered. After getting 4 miles home, pizza was still hot and had a great flavor. Will definitely be ordering again.

My husband tried to go in and order a pizza in person and the manger(Bailey) was rude and told him that they only took online or phone orders. She then kept asking for his name which he gave her and he told her that he had not order yet and was wanting to put in an order to which she just walked away. I called to see to see if she can explain to me what happened and to see if the way to order had changed. The manager (Bailey) was short and rude with me the moment she’d answered. She said that no one went in to order and that she did not know what I was talking about. I explained that he was just there and she just kept cutting me off. She then said that she was the only one that was taking orders. I feel like she did not want to help him because he has a thick accent and it was easier to walk away in hopes that he would just leave which he did.

Marco’s Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza places around! Every single time I order, the food is hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in what they make—the crust is always baked perfectly, the toppings are generous, and the flavors are spot on.
What makes it even better is the staff. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your order. Whether it’s over the phone, at the counter, or delivery, they treat you like family. It’s rare these days to find a place where both the food AND the service are consistently this good, but Marco’s nails it every time.

Ate our pizza and got a call saying it was canceled. When I called back to say we just ate it, what’s going on, they said the store is closed. The power was out, the food is bad if I get sick call tomorrow when the manager will be there.
This is the next day, called back, they said it’ll be five business days before we get our refund. Spent the evening in the bathroom. Today at work was much the same.As last night.
Still waiting on that refund, it’s been over 5 days. Called and a manager was going to call me back but it never happened.
Not getting money back, they claim I was never charged. If you don’t want to get sick don’t eat here.

I have no idea what has happened with Marco’s Pizza within the last couple of months. But the service and food quality has gone downhill. Highly disappointed! I said it before ‘ I will not be ordering from there again’ and I will stand on that. Posted pictures of the pizza they just delivered that looks like he dropped it. Ridiculous!

Pizza is fresh and hot, good sized portions, and tastes pretty good. Hand made so not very consistent. I’ve had it very doughy, and I’ve had it decent.
Place is dirty. Staff do not wear masks or use gloves. They handle the food with bare hands. Use the phone, register, handle cash, toss the dough, and lay down the ingredients all with their bare hands and unwashed too. Saw a staff member walk out the door with a pizza, come back in, started cooking and wiped his hands on his shirt. Grease on everything. Heard a few coughs in the back of the kitchen.
