I was excited for this order, but opening the box was frustrating. The pizza was a mess with all the toppings melted off and pushed to one side. Flavor was decent, but the poor presentation and delivery completely killed the excitement.

After spending two full days last year cooking and preparing a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, we decided we weren’t going to repeat that marathon effort this time around. Instead, we opted for something simple and fun: pizza. Marco’s, thankfully, was open on Thanksgiving Day, and with a promised delivery time of just 30 minutes, we were genuinely excited to skip the stress and still enjoy a feast.
Soon enough, six steaming pies and six boxes of wings arrived at the door, all hot, fragrant, and delicious. The spread felt festive in its own way, even without turkey and stuffing.
I sampled a few of the boneless chicken bites, then happily demolished a generous portion of the BBQ chicken pizza before moving on to a slice of the margherita. Both were fabulous. The crust was a little doughier and thicker than what I usually prefer, but the flavor was solid and satisfying. All in all, it was good pizza, and far easier than wrestling with a turkey for hours.

Absolutely disappointed. Usually I do not have an issue with Marcos. Pretty dependable. Not today! Along with horrid customer service.
I order two pizzas and the ETA was 25 minutes after I ordered. That’s awesome!! Only the pizza did not show up. After 1 hour (from when I ordered the pizza) I called the store. The girl I spoke with was rude and really didn’t care. She did not apologize, show empathy, or even try to remedy it. The response was “the driver left with your order and three others 35 minutes ago” “it will be there soon”. I asked if it is okay for an order to be past the ETA over 30 minutes and she was silent with no response. Pizza finally showed up, no apology from the driver.
Pizza was thrown together. See picks.

Really good options for fast pizza. You can order online, drive up, and are in and out in no time. Make sure to check out their specials. We will certainly be back. We got Marcos pepperoni – or something like that – it was very good. We also got some cheese bread – this could honestly use more cheese but overall can’t complain for the price.

Marco’s makes pizza for people that love pizza. This will take you back to being a kid, so excited for that warm, cheesy deliciousness. I’m thankful to be alive in a time that I can spend a few minutes tapping on the screen of my phone, and a half hour later this magnificent meal gets handed to me at my doorstep. I’ve deleted the competitions’ apps. Marco’s can have my money.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and it looks grouse. It does not taste good either. I order from this store all the time and one time pizza is good and one time it is not. I called to ask for my money back and manager told me that’s how the pizza looks and did not refund me. Disappointed and will not be ordering any time soon.

My husband is not a pizza fan, but he LOVES Marco’s! The crust options are a big plus. You can never go wrong with a good old pepperoni pizza – but, our favorites are the Italian sausage, pizzolis, and the one thing we never leave out – CHEEZYBREAD!

Excellent pizza. Definitely one of very few pizza places I’ll go in NWA. Lots of fresh topping, tasty sauce and the crust is fantastic. Try the cinnamon squares – yummy!
