I love Marcos pizza.. but these last few times were just sad. Very disappointed, maybe it’s just the location where I’m ordering from. The management is always super friendly and respectful but I’m just a little annoyed at my order.
I ordered two pizzas, thick crust (I always order thick crust enough to know what the regular looks like), add spinach to both (didn’t get any), flavored crust (didn’t get that either)… one to have extra onions (I didn’t know they would be raw lol) . crust is regular (if anything it was thin) and hard.. no flavor added to the crust… it takes a lot for me to bring anything back to make say something. But this time I did.. I asked them that one was supposed to have BBQ (given it’s called chicken bbq pizza.. but they said it was under all of the pizza toppings)…. and both to have thick crust.. I didn’t mention the spinach was missing either but they told me it was correct.. for the sake of not wanting to argue (knowing my order was wrong) I just said okay and left.

Where we used to live we ordered pizza form a different chain about every 2-3 weeks for 10 years. I think the messed up our order one time.
This Marco’s needs help. I have ordered the same pizza from there three times (pepperoni magnifico, add pineapple) in the last 7-8 weeks, and on two of those occasions they were out of pineapple.
The first time I went I gave them my name when I came in. He turned, looked at the rack, and walked to the back. Six or seven minutes later I noticed the pizza box with my name on it had been sitting on the rack behind the counter the entire time. I asked if I could please have my pizza so I could leave. The guy working kind of mumbled something I couldn’t hear, so I asked him to repeat himself. He said, “we ran out of pineapple and sent someone to the store.” Okay…
Five minutes later I said, “The pizza is sitting there getting cold, Can I just take it as it is so I can eat it before teh cheese congeals?” He handed me my pizza. No apology. No offer to make it up somehow. No mention of issuing a refund for the pineapple I was charged for and did not get. Just silence.
Tonight I ordered and went for pick-up. I was handed my pizza. Noted the ticket appeared correct, and left. I opened the box when I got home, and once again, no pineapple. But I sure paid for it! And paid an upfront tip to staff that got my order wrong!
On older orders they cooked the wrong wings. Another time I did not get my wings at all.
When they get it right, it’s really good! But man, they have been having issues for MONTHS!

Finally! These guys have turned this place around big time. The manager, Ash (I believe that was his name) was very efficient. Showed me the food before leaving the counter as well. Order was complete on time, food was hot, no mistakes, and taste is way much better than it has been here in the past and at other pizza chains around the area.
Well done! You’ve broken my “bad fast food” curse.

There’s no other fast food pizza that offers fresh ingredients. They even offer gluten-free pizza dough. Under new management, this Marcos got out pizza quicker than expected. It was hot when we received it. The Magnifico Pizza had tons of pepperoni on it. The White Cheesy was a family favorite with tomato, 4 cheeses feta, bacon, and onions. The cheesy bread was delicious, too. It’s worth the price and convenience of not having to cook. Be sure to ask about their specials.

I used to love these guys but they’ve gone so far down hill. Lost orders, rude staff, broken app… The Fayetteville location off Wedington appears to be terribly mismanaged. We’re going elsewhere from now on.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff, which was disappointing. Additionally, I observed individuals outside the store who appeared to be inappropriately dressed, which detracted from the overall atmosphere.
Furthermore, after a wait of 30 minutes, my pizza was served burnt. When I requested a refund, I was informed that such a policy does not exist, which was frustrating. I believe it is important to address this issue, as I intend to pursue a resolution regarding my refund. I hope to avoid the necessity of discussing this matter with the same individual I interacted with during my visit, who I believe holds a managerial position. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Second time in a month ordering from here, first was delivered and it was faster then estimated time and was good. Next was togo ordered and it was done within a good time limit. But sadly I witnessed they don’t wear hair nets and don’t wash hands to keep it sanitary. The pizza crust has no flavor unless you count the employees hair cooked into it

This is the second time we’ve had Marco’s delivery and it has disappointed both times. The extra cheese pizza barely had enough cheese to count it as a regular cheese pizza as it was mostly overcooked dough. The order was also around 30 minutes late and not hot at all. I wish it was a better experience. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni was burnt. 3 stars is being generous.

Well I used to be a customer but no more! Went to the store pick up an online order, first thing is there is a child in a diaper in the parking lot. Then there’s four people sitting right outside the door- like not even a foot away from the door, and another child in only a diaper running around. I walk up to the door and one of the guys sitting there asks for the name on the order. He walks inside to the back to get it. I follow- I shouldn’t have. I had to walk through cigarette smoke since they were smoking two feet outside the building, and had one door propped open to the inside. The cigarette smell lingered into the restaurant, and the restaurant itself was so dirty! Truly these people must have let these babies do whatever they wanted. There was food, napkins, and trash all over the floor. So much you have to step over it. I go up to pay and look behind the counter where the pizza is made and it was just as dirty with food everywhere and trash on the floor. I get my pizza, walk over everything on the floor, and I can’t get out of the door because this naked child won’t move. These “parents” won’t move the child so I have to practically walk on top of the child to leave. If I could give zero stars for service and cleanliness I would.
