DO NOT GO!
I ordered at pizza for delivery and to check and the girl said no you called and requested it to be picked up. No I didn’t! Well it sitting up here under the warmer. I drive up there to pick it up and it is cold. I live a mile away.
I ask for my money back and she can’t do it tonight, she can refund my money tomorrow. Just poor service & told her that you have lost our business and I will NOT be back.

My disgusting undercooked mush was delivered by a very rude driver who informed us he wasn’t going to provide change (we were going to tip it to him anyways) literally never ordering from you again, your employees are rude and your pizza is trash.

I stopped by here a few days ago and got a small supreme pizza. The service was quite good and fast. I’ve had their pizza before and I still say it’s one of the best pizzas in the LR/NLR area. I kinda wish they would use fresh mushrooms but that’s just a minor quibble.

I’ve learned to tip low on my card, and make it up in cash depending on service. Congratulations, ya played yourself. Took over an hour to get an ice cold pizza dropped at my door without as much as a knock. Seeing what it looked like I see why they dropped it and ran. The box wasn’t even closed properly which makes me feel like it’s perfectly fine to eat. What a waste of money.

This used to be my favorite pizza place in Maumelle, but they have lost my business. Over the last few months, I’ve paid for pizza that was significantly lower than their previous quality. Here is a pepperoni melt pizza which should be loaded with cheese and pepperoni. Instead, I get this burnt mess. Frozen pizza is better.

First off, let me say the pizza was great and the people were working hard. The problem for the purposes of this review is the owner.
Their staff has been working hard without A/C for 3+ weeks. Arkansas is hot and it doesn’t get any cooler when you’re standing next to an industrial pizza oven all day. But the owner seems content to let their employees suffer in their sweat.
More than that, high ambient temperature leads to temperature control violations for ingredients in open cooler tables, putting all the diners at risk.
The owner’s lack of care in this regard is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with. A/C repairs are way cheaper than having to replace good staff for bad working conditions or being sued for food poisoning. Get it together.

I order from this place often. Very disappointed that the delivery driver decided to take it upon himself to add a tip to my CC. I called the so called manager Katie and was told I would be refunded the entire order amount back. I have yet to see a refund back to my card. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity. I will no longer patronize this establishment.
