Completely awful service and awful management at this location. I ordered my food on 10-27-25 at 700pm after 30 minutes at 737pm I called to check on my order and the representative said he is the only one working tonight and that it is still going to take about another 20 minutes to get the order started and about another hour for my food to get delivered… so we are talking about 2 hours from order to delivery and i spent 75$. This is ridiculous Marcos Pizza… do better i spent almost 100$ to wait 2 hours for my food?! I would love a refund! I will never order from you guys again when the estimated wait time was 30 minutes! Hopefully the food is made correctly…

Don’t go here. You won’t get your order. It will be horribly wrong, or late, or both. Just go to ANY other pizza place in the city and you will have a much better time.

Though the pizza lacked on (reheating ability) the initial pies were phenomenal. The service went above and beyond.
I ordered my pies, via walk/in, I was unable to see the digital menu, and the staff had a large laminated menu ready to go, for the seeing impaired. Easy to read menu and pictures that showed exactly what you’re gonna get.
We left for 15-25 minutes, the quoted time, and upon arrival we were greeted by the cashier l, in our car, with our order. (Without calling ahead or asking). That to us, was above and beyond (customer service).
The pizza joint itself was, the perfect temperature and a top notch atmosphere for families.

I’ve gone there twice both times ordering a white sauce pizza based pizza. The first time they gave me red sauce pizza was good. Just went today ordered a white sauce pizza and its just cheese melted onto the bread no sauce at all. Won’t be going back.

Ordered online at 5:16 pm and received delivery at 6:40 pm. Had I not called and asked about my order, it would have probably been longer than this to have received my delivery (if I even received it at all). Talking to the employee on the phone at 6:25 pm, I got the sense that my order had been forgotten because the employee said “the driver just left with my pizza.” The pizza had definitely been setting out for 45 minutes to an hour because that is how it tasted. It was like leftover pizza by the time I received it. Not what you should expect for a small $30 dinner order. The delivery person was nice about everything but this should not be standard practice for a delivery service.

I ordered through the app and it said delivery would be 30 minutes. 1 hour and fifteen minutes later the order arrives. The pizza was cold and covered in large bubbles. No garlic on the crust and no extra cheese. The expectation of quality and service has decreased since new ownership.

First time we’ve tried a Pizza from Marco’s. We ordered the Extra Large Deluxe and Breadsticks. They we absolutely delicious. We ordered there in the store and went back to our truck.They told us 15 min. They brought it out to us ON TIME. Very nice people, Great customer service. Will definitely go again.

Had Garden pizza did not eat it all. Very happy it was ready in 15 minutes. But very disappointed in product. Needs better quality ingredients. Needs fresh spices and garlic. Had no flavor from the cheeses either. Sadly disappointed in the mushrooms not fresh. Crust was good.
