Ordered delivery for the first time. Estimated time of delivery was 7:11 it’s 8PM and food is still not here. Called store answer I got was driver was late and that’s all they have. So my food has been sitting well over an hour and now I’ll get cold pizza! If you can’t get your customer service and delivery figured out don’t offer it.

My family loves Marco’s! Every location we’ve had pizza from has been great food. The wings are always full of lots of meat and well lathered with sauce. I get the cheesy bread as my daughter’s pizza and always add extra pizza sauces with it. Our favorite day to order is Tuesday for their BOGO pizza, but I just saw today there’s a deal for it any day!
I am particularly impressed with this location’s customer service. The website was updated since the last time we’d ordered and I could not find the bogo deal, so I called the store. The gentleman who answered was very helpful and made sure I received the deal. When I got to the store to pick up my order he had everything organized and ready! I felt honored by his graciousness and kindness.
This location looks new- it’s vey clean, has large signs promoting the “Hot Deals” and breaks down the menu in a clear and concise way.
When I am near, this will be my GO TO pizza spot!

Got the All Meat pizza and added mushrooms to one half for the gf and jalapenos on the other half for me. The meatball side was pretty damn good too! Def different in a good way over Papa John’s and Pizza. Def will be going back!

Ordered some pizzas for delivery. Received an email that the pizzas were delivered but they weren’t at the door. Called the store and was told the owner was out delivering pizzas but mine were still at the store. They asked if I wanted the owner to call me when he got back from deliveries. I still haven’t heard back from the owner and don’t have my pizzas or a refund.

This place was GREAT when it first opened. Idk what happened but they got everything wrong with our order. Now it seems like the pizza place doesn’t know how to make pizza?? We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s been this way a few times now unfortunately back to dominos or Pizza Hut I guess.
