I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for years – damn near the same order every-time. Evidently they are in a declining state as far as offering quality food and SERVICE. I used the app and requested my pizza be well done. If you get deluxe or supreme pizzas you would typically request the original crust to hold the weight of the toppings, and well done for peace of mind that everything is cooked properly. Like I said I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I have never changed the way I have requested the pizza. When I received the pizza it was burnt, or overcooked, which neither is “well done” and the crust was hard and thin. I politely called the store to address my concern and the “manager” , who had the most aggressive and hostile tone, informed me that it was supposed to be burnt because I requested well done. Before I argued with his arrogant incompetence, I just let it go because I knew there wasn’t going to be any resolve for me as a loyal customer. Again! This is my neighborhood Marco’s – the only Marco’s on this side of the Causeway – and I’ve never experienced such POOR service and food like I have this evening. Very disappointed in our family’s favorite pizzeria.

I’m a very reliable customer. They said they delivered my pizza tonight and quote the driver I call 20 times. I knock 20 times , I ring doorbell 20 times. It’s me and my dog here. He did nothing with his favorite word 20””. No pizza he took it back to the store. 20 times he never delivered anything I have cameras I will never use this place again. I’m sure Johnny wasn’t there because this would not of happened

The lady working has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen talking smart to every customer that called then. Proceeds to argue with me about the wait time no pizzas was in the oven and half ass pizza made on the counter like she gave up on her job every time I went in and josh was there no issues ever best experience but they need to fire that lil gremlin

I placed an order 9/4/2025 same thing I get every time.Spoke to Shannon about my concern. As far as customer service goes not that pleasant. Shannon the manger I guess she is , had to talk over me about how busy
and slammed they were at that point in time .I think I had a better idea what was happening at Marco’s Marrero that she had of my issue with the pizza. In times past when I had an issue the problem was solved just that quick. Sorry to say I’ll stick with Theos from this point forward when I want better customer service. Good luck Marcos

Great pizza! I’ve never been a fan of Hawaiian pizza, but my girl got the chicken and pineapple and it was fantastic. The firey cheesy bread is also pretty fantastic.

Thank you Marco’s for your professional and friendly service. Sometimes I wait a little more than I’d like to but the quality of the food makes up for it. Marco’s is my new favorite pizza place. The ingredients always are fresh and the pizza taste good. I appreciate the friendly staff and the way they wash their hands between preparing food.
