We got delivery. I rated service 4 because it arrived close to the promised time and the person that delivered was nice. Neither my husband or I cared for the pizza. My husband said the wings were good. We were split on the cinnamon dessert. I thought they were very dry, my husband said when they were reheated they were ok. I tried the cauliflower crust; tbh it tasted like they gave me the regular crust. I really wish we could find good delivery pizza.

I just have to post about Marcos in Blue Springs. I called to place an order for delivery to a family in Blue Springs who had lost a wife and mother. The order was for delivery as I assumed someone would be at the home to meet guests. When the delivery was made no one there to receive it and I learned it would almost 4 hours before anyone would be available. Marcos offered to make the delivery to me but I also was not available and resided in another city. As I was audibly upset about the missed time, they said they would go ahead and refund me the $100 and share the food with their employees. This was an amazing gesture and I was overwhelmed with gratitude at their generosity . Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding.

Order was simple and straightforward. Large cheese XTR CH. Pizza was cut in front of me, I opened the box there were big holes of dryness on the pizza. The cheese that was on it was overcooked. I questioned the appearance of the pizza. Cashier went and got some old guy out the back who debated me on how the pizza looked lol like we clearly are looking at the same product. He finally offered a remake was too tired..had my son outside. Unprofessional, rude experience. Felt cheated. Will never return to that location.

Not a great first experiense.. ordered extra well done, and it wasn’t. Ordered pepper and parm cheese… didn’t get. Maybe next time it will he better and I’ll update my review.

Prices are reasonable, food is amazing, my order was ready when the online app said it was gonna be ready. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone that likes pizza or calzones.

First, this is a take away place, not eat in, which is something we didn’t know. Oops! That’s why they get a lower ‘atmosphere’ score. It’s very functional, which is fine for this type of place. The pizzas are a little smaller, more like Minsky’s, with the XL being the only one I’d consider for a family. The crust is very flaky and light, definitely thin crust, and really tasty. We got a half and half cheese only (for the child, who loved it), and pepperoni and feta on the other side. Sauce is a smidge oregano- heavy for me (that may have been spices?) but otherwise nicely in the middle of a sweet and savory sauce, so it should appeal to most palates. Toppings are plentiful and good quality. Our pizza was made fresh in 15 minutes, and service was with a smile. You can see the whole kitchen, which is something I like in places like this. The breadsticks were good (a square of pizza dough with Parmesan and seasonings) but make sure you eat them fast, because they get stiff and not good as soon as they cool. We’ll definitely be back!

So we ordered 4 pizzas. One of the pizzas was burnt. So burnt that it wasn’t edible. The other three pizzas were barely had toppings and part of one was barely cooked. When Marco’s opened everything was amazing and now it is not worth ordering.
So sadly we wont be back. We would do pizza once or twice a month for family game nights. Hate to see the place go down hill so quickly

April 27, 2023, Ordered a Calzone and the bottom was burnt not once but twice. Now mind you I came all the way from Odessa,MO Get Home and saw the bottom was burnt. Called and went back up to Bluesprings, MO. You talking about someone hot. But I was polite. They offered for a 3rd one I was like I’m good thx. Cheesy Breadsticks was fire. Husband ordered 15 hot wings got 14. Don’t get me wrong I like the place but in the evening I won’t order a Calzone I’ll get it during the day. It’ll will be awhile before I go back.Waiting on my refund.

Good, affordable pizza that always has friendly folks when you pick up either a small or large order. Always get the parm dusting on the crust for extra flavor! The subs however, need some attention – QT has better meatball subs.
