Never again. Given too many tries. Quality sucks, they rush it out the door under cooked. This time a simple cheese pizza for my kids cant even cover the whole flippin thing, half the cheese missing, so much crust. Take your time guys, i want quality over speed. Also why i never tip beforehand. Expensive too.

I never had this pizza until last night. I was actually walking in next door to Jerseys Mike’s when I saw the sign in the window for a hot honey pepperoni pizza. That sounded awesome. I walked in and couldn’t find that on the menu but I did notice a large pizza was 12.99. I ordered the large hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was $25?! I understand it may have been more than a normal large but double? Either way while I sat there on the bench waiting I watched the girl at the front counter continually go in and out the front door, messing her phone and register and then jump in to help make the pizzas. I understand bare hands on food is a thing but there was no attempt to wash hands after doing all of the things she was doing. Once I got my pizza it was completely covered in grease. At first I thought it was the honey and maybe it was but it was absolutely disgusting. On top of that, there was no hot for the hot honey. It was very sweet. Maybe they forgot to put a seasoning on it or maybe I had higher expectations but I won’t be coming back.

I had just had knee surgery, so I got the night off from cooking and decided to order from Marco’s. I guess it had been a while since our last order, because they mailed us a coupon for a free large, two-topping pizza to win our business back. After applying the coupon, my order was too cheap to qualify for delivery, so I had to order additional food.
I placed the order online, and noticed a disclaimer that some orders are outsourced to Door Dash for delivery. About 20 minutes after ordering, I checked the tracker, and saw that the pizza was out of the oven and awaiting pickup. 45 minutes after that, I got a notification from Door Dash that they had picked up my order. It took the Door Dash driver a full hour to get to our house, even though we only live about 10 minutes away from the store.
The driver explained that she had 2 deliveries to make — ours, and one in O’Fallon! Needless to say, our order was stone cold (I had already preheated the oven so I could warm it up.) At first, the manager I spoke to at Marco’s told me to take my complaint up with Door Dash, but after some persuasion, he agreed to refund the order. On her way out of my driveway, the Door Dash driver back into my neighbor’s car.
To top it all off, the food wasn’t great, and the salad (that I had to add to make my order delivery-eligible) was awful – the salami looked like someone had taken a bite out of it.
Sorry, Marco’s, but if this is how you win business back, you won’t be around much longer.

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered for delivery, cold pizza, driver didn’t bring salad. Driver said he would return and after an hour he did not. Called the location TWICE only to be told we could come get our salad but other than that they couldn’t help us. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! Customer service is not their priority.

I just recieved the most horrible delivery from here, a place that usually gets it right, pizza came trashed all over the place with cheese missing & no parmasean on crust like asked….just really disappointed. Im not sure what happened. Btw I ordered & payed for an xtra large but got an large……just wow

$15 for a large cheese is already steep, but the taste did not match the price. The crust in particular was very chewy and bland, something I’d expect from a frozen pizza. The worst offender is the Pepperoni Calzone being burnt underneath. It was also 90% crust and 10% filling.

A four star because it tasted great, was ready on time, and hot. They lost a star because I was ignored at the front because one of the guys in the back asked the register guy for help and so he left me just standing there without telling me “I’ll be right with you” to go help the new guy. Someone in the back saw me and came up to help me, maybe she was supposed to be up there in the first place and the other guy was covering for her, I don’t know. She was friendly and gave me my pizza just sitting on the shelf 5ft in front of me behind the counter. I get in the car eager to dive in and eat because I’m starving. By the way, I’m door dashing, so I have orders waiting to be picked up, I’m driving and I’m struggling hard to get a slice of pizza from the passenger seat into my mouth. It shouldn’t be this hard! So I realized my pizza wasn’t even sliced. So I whip back in there since I had only got to Target parking lot. She gives the guy the pizza to cut and said you forgot to cut this one. He says he didn’t pack that one. No one is taking responsibility and there is a whole “it wasn’t me” thing from everyone. I’m like just cut the pizza! I’ve got to go! He just cuts the pizza so lightly that the slices still don’t come apart :/ AAAAHHHHH! Why is this soooo hard! Delicious pizza though when I finally tore into it like a savage.
