My order contained a medium grilled chicken florentine pizza, a medium custom pizza, and an order of wings. The delivery was set ahead of time at 3:00 PM, set for 6:00 PM. My order arrived at 6:45, was very cold, and the florentine pizza was missing tomatoes and chicken.
I do not like to leave poor reviews, but this is the second time I have ordered from Marco’s Pizza and the order was not only late, but unfortunately incorrect. I can, however, compliment the service. All members of the Marco’s team were incredibly cordial, even offering credit compensation. I thank them for their patience, but unfortunately I will not order from this location again. Thank you for your time.

Usually I don’t posted, but we spent $20 for a medium pizza that ended up being half crust. we drive out of way because this is the closest Marcos in the area. Not impressed.

Delivery Driver was rude and disrespectful towards my coworkers. They practically threw the pizza at her and walked off. No hi how are you? Or this pizza is for so and so. Manners or decency go a long way.

I ordered a white cheesy. It came with regular cheese on it. What happened to the feta? They forgot the tomatoes on it. I added mushrooms and they tasted like they came from a can rather than fresh. They were rubbery. Very disappointing pizza from what I have received in the past.

The manager has no customer service and yells when asked to have a pizza made the way it is suppose to be made!! Got no sauce on my pizza and got yelled at for her mistake! Clearly as seen in photo no sauce

We order delivery quite often and always take care of our delivery peeps. Have noticed the quality of the pizza has seemed to of have gone downhill lately but thought we would give them another chance because there is limited availability for delivery in town. The order showed up wrong and upon contacting the restaurant they offered to make the correct pizza and get it to us. It never showed up. That’s crap customer service! Do better! Especially with your locals! The other pizza that was with the order had so little cheese on it we wondered if the dairy cows went on strike! Not worth 50 plus dollars!

We were exhausted after a long day in Deadwood and there were limited pizza delivery options available. Reading the reviews we were a little concerned; however, the online order process was easy, the pizza was delivered as ordered, hot and fresh, and the delivery driver even brought cheese/pepper and paper plates. Maybe they have turned things around at this location. Great job!!
