This location consistently delivers well-rounded, hospitable service. The food is always delicious, the delivery drivers are friendly and warm, and the timeliness of delivery is impeccable. This location also partners with Corral Drive Elementary School for a fundraiser that benefits the school so that much needed supplies can be procured. The Marco’s brand has consistently delivered for my family, as we have utilized such a pizza chain in Texas, Missouri, and here South Dakota. Thank you Marco’s for supplying not only phenomenal food and service, but also a feeling of goodness, as there is nothing better in this world than sharing in a great meal with family and friends on special occasions as well as impromptu pizza cravings! They have both indoor and outdoor seating and a nice bar seating area.
Service was good, and our food came out fairly quickly.
The salad was larger than expected, even though we got the small one.
Our medium pizza was also larger than expected and really delicious. They have multiple choices for your pizza crust, including cauliflower crust.
We will definitely return here sometime.

Unfortunately I think the quality of the pizza has gone downhill. When I first tried Marco’s in Rapid City I couldn’t believe how good it was. Something happened a couple of years ago that started a decline in quality, and I think it has to do with the quality of the ingredients. The problem is probably at the corporate level – perhaps saving money on inferior cheese, sauce and crust, and therefore not the fault of the franchise owner. Tonight our pizza was flavorless with a doughy, undercooked crust. Marco’s is going down a bad path if their pizza is going to be as flavorless as Domino’s in the 90s.

Rude customer service. Lady at the counter had the worst attitude. I went to pickup 2 orders for delivery and was told dont come back unless I had a hot bag to put the food in. One order had a drink, I was waiting for her to get off the phone to ask about the drink. When she looks at me and say “what”. Needless to say I wont be goin back there. Dominoes is right down the street.

I ordered Marcos for the first time tonight for delivery at 7:36pm with an estimated delivery at 8:25pm. At 9:00pm i call and I’m told that the order had been cancelled because they put the wrong address info while taking the order. Cancelled without calling to tell me it was cancelled mind you. I was told that they would make my order and get it to me asap. At 9:38pm (2 hours and 2 minutes after my original order) it was delivered and I expected the pizza to be free or discounted but instead it was (upgraded to an extra large) and instead of my order being $18.09 I was told it was $21.36. Because I had been waiting 2 hours i paid it and the icing on the cake was i gave the driver $40 and he asked if i WANTED CHANGE?! Needless to say this is my first and LAST time to order from Marcos. If there was an option to give them no stars I would.

Someone accidentally picked up our large order of pizza tonight. Marco’s immediately remade our order and sent us with an additional pizza and soda to make it right. Way to go Marco’s in making our family gathering a great evening with yummy food. They couldn’t control what happened, but they did their best to make it right!
