Used to order here frequently, quality went way downhill so we quit. Tried twice again lately, time to give up. Pizza for my daughter’s birthday party was late, the person working did call and say someone didn’t come in so they had to DoorDash it to me. Sort of a pass because things happen but it was still late and lukewarm.
Tonight one of the pizzas doesn’t even have cheese on part of it. Was supposed to be here just before 6, didn’t get here until 6:35. It’s not even warm which makes sense since I got an email it was in the oven at 5:35. Moving on from this place. Hope they can get things figured out, it was good at one time, but it’s been on the downhill slide for a year or more now.

Just landed off the plane, knowing there’s no Marco’s where I come from, and it’s pizza bowl city for me. I like that this location has a dine in option. The staff is kind, and the place is clean. More important than all else… THE FOOD IS AMAZING.

Worst Service! We used to order from this place weekly! Last 3 times it’s been getting worse and worse. Call to try and resolve it and can hear someone complaining in the background. This is ridiculous.

Pizza is great. One of my favorites. However, boneless chicken is an extremely poor value. Costs about double any other fast food restaurant and is at best average. 15 pieces is $14, and the nuggets are roughly 1-1.5″. I guess the moral of the story is don’t get chicken at a pizza joint?

Absolutely the most worst management staff ever!! Continuously delayed orders, wrong or incorrect deliveries, completely a waste of time and money, coupled with the fact that the staff is usually under the age of 18! At some point this place will be shut down by corporate due to the way its ran! As an employee, this place is horrible I would not recommend it to anyone!
During the middle of a rush in the evening at 6:20 PM this delivery driver decided to take apart one of the ovens and clean it while pizzas were coming out underneath! Cleaning fluid spilling onto the pizzas, and yet the pizza’s wete being boxed up by the shoft lead Dan, and sent out as such!
The owner Andy, decided to terminate me because I complained that folks were not doing their job properly and this employee Koree, keeps doing major projects during rush or peak times!The customer is the reason we’re in business! Despite the fact that I was a fair by the book reasonable employee who tried to serve the customer 1st, Andy told me that he was terminating me because he had so many complaints that I was running things by the book! On the evening in question as you can see there are 12 pizzas that were unaccessible because this employee decided to clean the top oven during the evening rush thus all the cleaning fluid and degreaser he was using to clean the oven fell on to the pizzas in the below oven along along with the resin from from the oven!!!
This same employee has been reported numerous times for putting his hands down his pants, BORN FRONT AND BACK, and not washing his hands before he gets on the workline! Management and owner respectively both no they both know of this issue. Both have done nothing! This should discuss you enough to never go in to either the walkie or the Windsor Heights location where this individual named Koree works!
The store’s poor performance and reliability is completely demonstrated by the numerous managers and employees that have tramped through there in the last 12 months!!

My son and I came here for dinner. I was shocked at how large the salad was and the fact that it was obviously hand cut ingredients, not a bag dumped out into a bowl. The wings were amazing. my son’s bacon pizza came out subpar to the cook’s standard and we were given a free pizza. Mind you, we didn’t have an issue with the first one but they insisted on giving us another. This is our favorite pizza restaurant.

The employees were excellent. The food was horrible. I ordered a veggie pizza. The had the worst tasting onions I have ever had. The mushrooms were mushy and nasty tasting. The tomato was dull, lifeless and tasteless. the black olives were the only good thing on the pizza. The bits of cheese they added as a topping was the most horrible thing I have ever tasted. The pizza did not have any green peppers or any other topping on the pizza except what I listed above. The crust was not very good and the sauce was dull and tasteless as well. Stay away from Marcos Pizza and go to anyplace else if you want a decent pizza.

Really enjoy eating here. It’s probably our favorite pizza place in town. You have to try the cheese breadsticks! Staff is friendly and food comes out fast and hot. Really is a must stop if you are in the area.

Pizza was very good!! The sauce was not over bearing yet had good flavor. Just the right amount of spices. The price was real reasonable too! The place was clean and the staff was friendly!!
