I love this place. Once a week. I lived near a Marcos years ago, and now I do again. I’m so excited to be back. I get free cheezybread alllllll the time
I ALWAYS get extra sauce and that sauce is amazing…. The cheese blend is top-notch. Everything I’ve gotten from this one is always hot and delicious. I’ve had one issue with incorrect toppings after 2.5 years. Really not a problem in my book. I do thick crust to hold all that deliciousness
So many toppings….. So much sauce… So much cheese… So good deals….
One thing I’m sad about is they used to offer double cut. My girlfriend had bariatric surgery so she can’t eat an entire piece of pizza so the double cut was great for her. But oh well more for me
I always do pick up cuz I live so close. I have no idea how delivery is. I’ve eaten in the restaurant and it’s always clean. It’s empty because I think everybody does take out or delivery. But then I burn my mouth cuz it’s fresh

We had a really terrible interaction with the manager here a few weeks ago. She was rude to the point that we won’t be back which is a real bummer because everyone else we have met there has been above and beyond friendly. We reached out to corporate about the interaction so we’ll see if we hear back. I was always so surprised to see that this place had such a low rating but I guess if you have an issue you try to request gets fixed, it can get ugly quick.

My husband and I had our last pizza here last night. We have been coming for years but the quality has been declining. I don’t know what they did but this pizza was so wet that you couldn’t pick it up. It was so bad that we both said never again. We’ll order from Michigan center from now on. This was their last chance with us.

I went to the Brooklyn location this evening, picked up a carry out order for a friend. The first thing I noticed was how clean and picked up the customer area was along with the kitchen. I was greeted right away by s gentleman in the kitchen working hard(9pm Tues). Nevertheless, he did a great job and was very polite.

Ordered pizza at 530pm it just got here at 905pm. I know you only have 1 driver and it’s snowing buckets but if you knew order’s were running super late then you shouldn’t make pizzas and cheese bread right when someone orders them to only let them sit for 3 and a half hours before delivering. Extremely not satisfied with 50 dollars worth of cold food. I am happy to tip 13 dollars to the delivery girl though, your a rock star and thanks for coming to work. UPDATE-This pizza is hands down the worst, we usually order once every 3 months and it’s consistently terrible plus something is always missing or wrong. Owner always posts about how sorry he is but nothing is ever done..I’m ordering pizza tonight but it most definitely won’t ever be Grasslake Marcos….bleh!

Ordered Marcos and paid online like we always do and never have a problem. Went to pick up the pizza and was told by the person that I owed 5 cents. I told him that’s impossible, I paid online. He rudely tell me I owe the money and again I tell him I don’t as I paid online. He keeps telling me I owe the money and I told him I don’t have 5 cents on me. He says, well that’s what you owe. I asked him if he was really going to let an 80.00 order get cancelled over this. He tells me, If that what you want to do. I found 5 cents in the car and gave it to him. This is absolutely ridiculous and he shouldn’t be in customer service if he has no idea how to interact with people. I will buy pizza from the locally owned pizza place from now on. Marcos has lost this customer!

I live about 2 blocks from Marco’s and we order from them quite often. Their pizza has perfect amount of spice. They have very good specialty pizzas, that are a great change of pace from your usual pizza you get anywhere else.
Have order at least 100 pizzas from here over the last 10 years. They have never messed up an order, very consistent, with good specials. PEPMAG thick crust is the ideal pizza.
