Ordered online. Took a bit long to arrive (almost an hour). The looks of the pizza was great. Ingredients and taste was good. Due to delivery delay it wasn’t very warm. I do believe this would have been a solid 5 stars. Will try again in a few weeks, but pick it up. Definitely worth another shot.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza, I’ve been ordering the same pizza since Marcos has been here yet they brought me the wrong pizza, overcharged me way into the $30,s Then told me that if I wanted the correct pizza they would charge me, is that after they spit on my pizza? Why do I say that? Because both supervisors were very rude to me and extremely unprofessional. Calling corporate in the morning. These people need to be fired, their customer service skills are non-existent!!!

The manager working today made our food. She made it incorrectly. My husband called and she would not take his word for it. She demanded that he drive across town to bring it back so she could see it. He explained that we live far away and asked if he could send in a pic or something. She would not allow that. She was not willing to rectify this unless we drive across town to bring it back. Very poor customer service today. The staff were talking about being night owls and dropping the f-bomb frequently. The menus were not lit up because apparently they have raised their prices and the menus don’t reflect the new prices. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza. I’m not sure I got that but whatever. When my husband asked about it, the manager said, “well, I didn’t charge you extra for it anyway.” When we first started going here when they opened, the owner seemed very nice. She was there every-time we came in. Never had an issue. She wasn’t there today and she has apparently hired some staff that may need some better training on customer service and service recovery. Don’t know if we will be back.

I have been ordering pizza from this establishment since they opened. I always order the same things as I did tonight. Thin crust vegetable pizza. Tonight the crust was 2 inches thick and I called them and they just argued with me and told me I’d have to pay for a thin crust all over again. This piece of junk pizza cost me $37!!! What!! For 8 pieces of two nice thick nasty crust! Go to Pennfield Puzza it’s way better and customer service is terrible at Marcos! They were both supervisors they told me and so rude!

My wife used to be in the pizza business and when the female owner has been there and the young lady there yesterday, the pizza has been fantastic. My wife said she could tell this pizza we ordered yesterday was put together by a woman because it was topped perfectly. Marcos in BC is our go to pizza place.

Literally watched an employee of yours pull up next to another persons vehicle tonight, reached their hand out of the window and gave them the middle finger. Right before he turned into Marcos. He even had the Marcos topper on still. Why do this when you have your business on your vehicle ?
Your pizza is great, but this is unprofessional as heck. He was driving a boxy looking suv. I think a Kia.

11:22 am, they open at 11:00 am, standing outside the door trying to pick up my online order. Phone ringing off the hook. Watching the people inside making orders but ignoring the people standing outside. Upon finally being let in the phones are being completely ignored. May be short staffed, but that’s no reason to not unlock the door or take care of customers. Good luck getting me to come back.

When our food was delivered tonight they forgot one of our items. We had each ordered individual items for dinner. I had ordered a salad. They didn’t bring it. She was supposed to go back and get it. After 45 minutes of waiting I called and nobody had even started coming my way with it. I was trying to voice my concerns about it sitting out for an hour and a half to two hours by the time I got it. But the Lady Michelle that I spoke with started getting loud and interrupting me and wouldn’t let me finish what I was trying to say. She just kept cutting me off and telling me how they make their salads fresh. I was being very polite. Anyone else probably wouldnt have been so nice at this point. They are supposed to refund the money. That salad was supposed to have been my whole dinner. It was handled very poorly. I ended up running to Taco Bell but by that time it had been 2 hours since we initially ordered the pizza. And an hour and 15 minutes since the rest of my family got their food. By the time I ate I had a terrible migraine from hunger. Which I’m still fighting the next day. We absolutely will not be back. I guess if they don’t refund our $8, it is what it is. I definitely don’t feel like dealing with it anymore. This place was SOOOO great when they first came here and we ordered delivery so much they knew us. It’s just gone downhill though. Never again will we be back.
