Ordered my medium pizza at 10:30, asked for well done and was told it would be 30 minutes. I was fine with that because well done pizza is the only way to have it. To my surprise they show up 10-11 minutes later with a floppy, undercooked so-called pizza. Someone didn’t understand the assignment. Good thing I’m used to firing up the frying pan to finish the job. SMH

Terrible! I’m so upset with this place! I ordered 2 pizzas & only got one! I paid for delivery. I called to tell them that I only had one pizza & I ordered & paid for 2! Manager told employee to tell me I had to reorder through DoorDash because they had no drivers & pay all over again & said they’d try & credit my account! Why should a customer have to do that??? What kind of manager would do that? And what are the chances my account would be credited? Especially with DoorDash! I already paid for delivery also & I ended up having to pick up the pizza that they shorted me! I will never order from here again!! They never even compensated me for this! Also gave a tip! Sad because I am a consistent customer! This is an update to my previous review from 3 months ago!! Spoke to district manager Vinny & he said he was going to make this right by giving us an in store credit which would be put on my account! Well nothing was ever put on my account! So we paid for delivery to only have to pick up our pizza anyway! I wouldn’t make such a stink over this but why should a customer have to deal with this! Honestly not happy about giving free money away!

First time and won’t be the last time. The breadsticks weren’t worth it for the price the pizza had so much crust it was basically a breadstick. Pizza had great flavors.

Simply put. This place is TRASH! The people are TRASH! Customer service is TRASH! I ordered 4 pizza’s with cheese bread and all of the pizza’s were burnt. The kids were hungry so 2 of the pizzas and cheese bread were returned. Upon receiving the pizza I called and politely asked that they replace the pizzas considering I spent over $50. But they should be replaced regardless of how much was spent because of how burnt they were. The old guy answered and insisted on arguing with me about what pizza looked like and insinuating it wasn’t burnt. He was unhappy about replacing my order. There is ZERO customer service etiquette here!!!! They all had horrible attitudes and treated us as liars. Saying we didn’t ask for extra cheese or sauce as we showed them the receipt. Going back and forth. WORST MARCOS EVER! I will be contacting corporate about this situation and I’m also reminded that I’m back in Michigan dealing with these kind of people! Unbelievable! Never had any issues like this with Marcos back in STL! These people need to be fired and ought to be ashamed of the way they treat people who spend their hard earned money! Like I said straight TRASH here! Definitely do not recommend! Stay away from here! Btw, partial refund was given as he was slamming the drawer around and being aggressive about it! What a shame!

Update Jan 2024: I have to give Marcos 1 star.
While we had a 5 star experience before with our old world pepperoni pizza, we just doordashed a build your own.
They use canned mushrooms, and there is no excuse for that. Marcos pizza claim: “to enjoy authentic Italian Pizza”
They dont use canned mushrooms in Italy. I know, as I have been to Italy several times over the years from Milan to Catania, Sicily.
Using canned mushrooms is either due to laziness, being cheap, or both. Neither of which are authentic Italian.
The old world pepperoni is where it is at. Great service, friendly, and on time. I ordered through the website, and got notification promptly when my pizza was ready, walked in and it was ready! We. Love. Marco’s!!

I placed an order from Marco’s Pizza in Riverview through DoorDash. The DoorDash driver provided excellent service and deserves five stars. However, the food I received was incorrect. When I called Marco’s Pizza to report the issue, the person on the phone repeatedly asked if I had ordered through DoorDash. I explained that I had, but the mistake was with the food preparation, not the delivery. Instead of addressing the problem, he hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service.

Tried to place an order online on Tuesday 8/20/25 around 9pm. Place and order for 2 pizzas using a 25% off coupon. For whatever reason, the order would not go through online. I call the store instead to place the order and told the clerk that I was attempting to use my 25% rewards online. She told me no problem she could apply it when I come in and pay. When I arrived to pick up my pizza and pay, I was charge the full amount. I reminded her of my rewards and even pulled up my account on my phone and showed her the rewards section. I was then told she couldnt apply the rewards. It was already 9:30. So I paid the full amount. Just feel like there was no attempt to solve the problem.

My pizza was delivered HOT like it just came out of the oven, and my wings were literally steaming when I opened them! What did they do, cook it in my driveway? It was sooooooooo good.
