First time ever trying Marco’s Pizza and most definitely won’t be the last time! This location is convenient and close by to my family in Michigan. Cannot wait to visit again.
Staff were super friendly and floors on premises were spotless, to my family if a restaurant’s floor is not clean, we’re not even ordering.
I was new to the local area, menu and pizzeria with loads of questions and the crew were completely patient with me and answered all my questions. They simply exceeded my expectations!

Never thought disappoint till last night when ordered a grilled chicken florentine pizza and was made no care. First made with wrong sauce, though i got no tomatoes. There was no topings at all 3 pieces of spinach and 2 small chunks chicken. Its like they dropped it on way to oven and said oh well. To much on the reffer

Been to Marcos a lot. Pizza has been very good until last two times. This time it was very overcooked. The cheese and sauce all dried out. It was basically inedible. Also way too much dough. We tried to eat it. It was terrible. Won’t be bad. Too bad it’s went downhill

Marco’s Pizza was always spot on! I say was because I came to this location between 2011 and 2018. They have pretty good deals from time to time too. I remember when their Pepperoni Magnifico came out, then the sausage one. Now they offer three on special, including the Ultimate Magnifico which is the first two combined. I have included a picture from a different location. I added mushrooms and banana peppers. Try one today!

I’ve been to other Marco’s and love their pizza. I’ll never be voluntarily returning to this location, however.
I arrived a few minutes after my pickup time and my order wasn’t ready for another 10-15 minutes. Fine, no biggie. However, while I was waiting one of the guys in the back started making crude racist jokes and accents, and the other workers were laughing with him. One of the women tried to dissuade them but fell on deaf ears. I get it’s a pizza place and I don’t expect the highest tier of professionalism, but come on, man.
I should have checked my pizza before I left, but unfortunately only noticed their mistake once I got home. I just wanted to get out of there. So my husband called them to make it right. He was put on hold to transfer to a manager. The line dropped after 17 minutes on hold. He called back and was immediately asked to hold. Ok, maybe they were really slammed. But again the line dropped at 17 minutes. He called again and got a manager and unfortunately we will have to take a credit on the account since we lived some distance away and didn’t want the pizza remade.
If you care about any of these things, don’t go here.

Pizza was missing cheese and sauce in sections. I’ve also never seen one cut like this before… last few visits to this location have been terrible. Will probably not return. Such a shame the resent decline of this location ..

I tried their Fiery Flavors Pepperoni pizza yesterday and it did not disappoint! I’m a lover of all things spicy, so the combination of cupped pepperoni and spicy cheese blend was excellent. The pepperoni was evenly distributed, the pie was cooked to perfection, and IT WAS CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH! The pizza was ready when promised and the counter person was pleasant.
I hope this becomes a regular menu item.

Amazing service. These guys always take good care of me and they’re hard workers. I hope the entitled folks know that it’s physically impossible to meet insane demands- especially the timing in which you recieve your order.
During peak rush hours its ridiculous to expect 2-3 people to get all online orders, calls, and walkins all ready in 10 minutes. They are doing the best they can.
Most of these complaints are from situations the workers have NO control over. Give these guys a break, and have some patience. Also want to note the communication is top notch. You can’t be upset at that.
