Had an online order placed at 10:25pm 12/19/2023 total of $35 on the order to be picked up, i had already been there for 5 mintues waiting for my friend to place the order. The store does not close until 11pm but yall failed to make the order and told my friend that the oven was shut off, why was the oven shut off if you are still open? (photo attached). I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service you could have easily made the order, you just didn’t want to.

Excellent service from the time I placed my order to the time I received it by the delivery driver. First great pizza I had in awhile, literally. This is the second family order I placed in 3 days. That tells you it’s good. It was delivered hot & perfect. Would highly recommend ordering from this spot. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you all for the terrific pizza pie!!

Ordered a white sauce, pepperoni with cheese pizza recieved what was crust brushed with garlic butter and topped with pepperoni. No white sauce or cheese. Did call and talk to someone about the order and they had no idea what happened. Other pizza came correct, just a bit greasy.

Love Marco’s Pizza. Food is great and the people are great! Our frequent delivery driver does a fantastic job as well. However, the Corporate Marco’s Pizza Rewards App/Online Account seems to not keep track of all orders and in doing so the rewards take forever to build up. It’s been some time now and we’ve ordered plentiful and yet to receive a rewards membership deal of any kind or accumulate enough points to get a discount. So we only order off the discounted emails as they come across. The app is outdated and poorly constructed and does not reflect well on this fine pizzeria and the wonderful people who craft the delicious pizzas. .

I went into location. I attempted to order 10 pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party. I requested delivery to go directly across the street. New business Pin Seekers (location of birthday party) The lady refused to take my order because I did not have the address to the delivery which is EXACTLY across the street. I was disgusted with her attitude and laziness. I went over to a competitors and they were easy and quick to deal with. Actually ordered 14 pizzas. I want to add I been a customer of Marcos pizza a long time…not any more.

I Placed an order through MARCOS! Not door dash. If I wanted it door dashed I would’ve gotten on the app and had it door dashed! So of course the dasher couldn’t find my door and I never received my pizza. I called Marcos and tell them and they said that they sent my food with door dash and I would have to call them to get my money back. So I call door dash, well what do u know…they said they didn’t take my payment info therefore they wouldn’t be the one refunding us and that Marcos would have to do that on the merchants line. Marcos then says, call back tomorrow around 1 to talk to the supervisor! Smh wow $38 gone! Silly me! Why would I think anybody would accept responsibility!?
