We just ordered Marcos pizza for the first time and got their bowl, we were definitely not happy for $7.99 you get a quarter of a bowl of product. I definitely don’t recommend it. I do however recommend Marcos pizza because the manager gave us a refund and even offered store credit given how unsatisfied we were. I understand it’s not their fault and they’re just going by specs but it’s totally unreal that they were charged us for this. The manager stated it should’ve been a full bowl and it was only a quarter and less of a bowl for the pictures below.

Just picked this pizza up. And here I thought only Pizza Hut was struggling with order quality. We ordered TWO garlic sauces and I stead got two ranch and two pizza sauce. Even worse, we ordered half pepperoni and half Deluxe, adding banana peppers to the Deluxe half (you can clearly read this on the receipt). Instead, half of the pizza only has cheese and banana peppers. And yes, we’re eating it because the house is full of hungry people. Still. Do better, Marcos.

I wasted 30.00 my pizza is disgusting. I asked for a half deluxe half just sausage pizza. I asked the person taking my order if he understood what I meant he said yes, but he clearly didn’t. My cinnamon squares are extremely soggy On the bottom, it’s definitely disappointing. I’m never ordering from this Marcos again!

I ordered $70 in subs for my son’s birthday. He got halfway through his sandwich and found a piece of rolled up scotch tape inside. I took the rest of his sub back to the store along with the tape in a ziplock bag. I had to tell them I wanted a refund because they didn’t offer even an apology let alone a refund. They weren’t exactly rude about but they also didn’t act sorry at all actually seemed a little irritated that I had even brought it to their attention. Definitely overpriced for the low quality and lack of customer service.

Usually pretty spot on but they can be absolutely hit or miss. Today was a miss with a simple cheese bread that was removed far before it had time to finish cooking. Mediocre was the theme of today but hopefully that doesn’t become more common.

OK, This was my 2nd time coming to the one in Bellville. Wanted to make sure it was not a fluke. Both times the pizza was excellent, service was good, the workers were courteous. The one in Royal Oak, and Bellville are both excellent locations. Did NOT have a satisfactory pizza in Canton.

Ordered a pizza and a salad Monday December 8th. Pizza was delivered not the salad. I called the store and was told I could come pick it up. She was looking at it. If I had wanted to drive there I would have. The manager walked in during this conversation and took the phone. He stated he was unable to have it sent and that it would be refunded. 4 days later nothing. Received the email for feedback. Filled it out and have heard nothing from them.
