The food taste good, but the pizza bowl isn’t even a quarter of the way full. This is not what I payed for. It doesn’t even look appetizing. I would not suggest getting the pizza bowl because it is a waste of your money.

WAS On par of being one of the top three places, based on value and taste, to get Pizza in Bedford. I WOULD HAVE ranked it tied with Domino’s. Although its my opinion Casey’s Gas station in Oolitic has the best tasting and tallest stacked with toppings.
Marcos has literally disappointed me the last 3 times if ordered there. Receiving my medium size pizzas only to sadly have 2-3″ of crust!! Talk about disappointment. They have been sliding down hill….

The pizza is pretty good and the breadsticks are delicious, I ordered on the app to be picked up. Unfortunately, the estimated time that they gave me was much earlier than it actually was. It took them about another 10 minutes to get the order ready. It wasn’t a problem for me this time but if I’d been in a hurry having to wait an extra 10 minutes or so might have been difficult picking it up. It might have also just been a difficult day for them.

I’ve been a LONG time customer. Used the app and website for pizza delivery at least once a month and often more frequently. Tried ordering through the website and then the app tonight and neither worked. Called in to find out “they resetted everything” whatever that means. All my rewards are gone and I’ve been cut out of the delivery area. Very Very poor way to treat a long time customer!! Will never order from Marcos again!

I ordered pizza and wings from here. The picture of the wings on the site are bone in and what i expected but i got these dry little nuggets instead that were awful. The pizza was much better but i ordered veggie without black olives and mushrooms and it only had onions and tomatoes on it. I’m pretty sure there are more veggies than that. The girl on the phone however, was very sweet.

The staff are generally friendly and I’ve never had a bad pizza from here. The only downside is they are a little pricey compared to other places. In most cases, the other pizza places seem to have better deals. That said, they sometimes have coupons and specials that can make their prices equal to the other pizza places.

We really really like Marco’s! The store is clean and the staff is polite and professional. It would have been 5 stars if they would be a little more consistent on delivery time. They are a little slow sometimes and even a little disorganized but they make up for it with friendly smiles and good food! This is our favorite pizza in town!

I like supporting Marco’s because I feel it brings business to Family Video next door (adore that place and staff is great). Staff here is friendly and pizza is definitely enjoyed by all of my family(would love it if they consider offering a gluten free crust so I can enjoy it as well:) I do have a serious problem with the fact that NO staff members were wearing masks when we picked up a pizza this past weekend. That issue needs to be easily resolved stat.

So I love Marco’s pizza. It’s delicious. Best pizza in bedford. But they never, and I mean never, get an order right. Out of the 30-40 times I’ve ordered over the last year maybe, MAYBE, two orders were correct. And it’s not like I’m doing crazy alterations. This time I added bacon to one pizza that’s it. Was it on there? Of course not. As much as I love it it’s time to find someone who can get one tiny change correct, how sad.

We brought a new refrigerator in November, that stopped working 2 weeks later. While we’ve been fighting with Samsung, we’ve been eating at Marco’s at least twice weekly for months. Not only do they have delicious pizza, but they have been so good to us during this stressful time, hooking us up with coupons, and in general, just being REALLY GOOD PEOPLE!
We’re coming close to a settlement with Samsung, and will have a refrigerator soon, but Marco’s has become such a staple in our lives, why mess with a good thing?
