Very disappointed in the appearance of our pizza, pizza bowl, and a lack customer service. Both were quite inedible. My husband tried calling, and was on hold until after 10 minutes then they hung up on him. I then attempted to reach them, and was on hold for over 8 minutes. We ended up ordering Domino’s with a better outcome.

Had a bad experience in INDY for years ago. Got off work and saw they still delivered. Delivered Boneless instead of Bone In. I was charged for Parm Crust but half the pizza has Parm Crust. I am sorry but this sucks. Then they give you a CREDIT? I should be properly compensated if my order is wrong. This is why I leave Marcos in my rear view mirror. Trash sorry just my opinion. But J.G. the driver was very nice and prompt said the wings were some of the best in the city? I wouldn’t know because the boneless wings taste very doughy. Great way to end a evening out of town.

Ordered pizza at 1030 this morning Uber driver stole.the 1st order they can never find us at the boat launch happens every season. 4 hours later we still had to pay for the pizza. I was given the wrong order and didn’t notice until I got home and checked the box. No big deal except when we went back to get the remake (we live 20 mins away) they hadn’t started it so they made us wait for it in the lobby for another 20 mins. On top of that the woman working who is the same person who gave us the wrong order was very rude as if I inconvenienced her. Do better Marcos

Love this place. Not only is the pizza amazing, with an awesome sauce and generous toppings, it has a fun atmosphere and friendly staff when dining in, and prompt timing when ordering delivery. I recommend The Philly, super good!
