Ordered ahead was quick and easy. The staff were friendly upon pickup, and location was clean. The pizza itself was bomb diggity!!! We tried the new Fiery Pepperoni and old-world sausage half and half so we could have the best of both worlds. I must say the pizza was super fresh and cooked to perfection . The pepperoni side seemed spicier than the old-world sausage half, but both gave heat . A must try for those seeking a new twist to pizza!! We also wanted to try the boneless wings, and I did not really care for them since they were oven baked and didn’t have that nice crunchy texture.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience called for one. When I tried to place an order by phone, the woman who answered was rude and impatient, making comments like “oh my God” and telling me to hurry up, so I decided not to order that way. I went in person and was helped by Madelynn and Reece, both were friendly and patient. Unfortunately, the blonde employee at the counter was on her phone, rolled her eyes when asked to help, and made remarks about people needing to stop ordering and wanting to go home. The food was excellent, which is why I returned after my first visit on Christmas Eve, hoping it was just holiday busyness. Sadly, the same behavior continued

We made our original order at 4:45. They pizza wasn’t what we ordered so we asked for it to be re delivered and they said they couldn’t get another one out till 6. We weren’t upset. Things happen. They delivered again and it was the same pizza as the first! The delivery guy apologized and said they’d deliver again. We called around 7:30 wondering where it was and the said they came back and knocked and got no answer. We said we have instructions to call. They’ve called each time. Now when they finally delivered the correct pizza the guy had an attitude and said “we’re not coming back out here again.” It was your mistake!! Who does that!??

Been getting pizza here for years. Marcos has great coupons and online deals. Workers are always cool. Only a few chairs when waiting, so stay in car till you know your order is ready.

Andy was very patient with me as I had a large order..And she was very helpful..And so helpful in assisting me to what I needed.. I had an order for 20 pizzas..Just was so greatful for all the assistance..she aided!!

Today I ordered thru the app as I always do. On Tuesday it BOGO Tuesday and I always order every Tuesday plus many other nights me and my sons love Marco’s. Never had any issues until the last two Tuesday nights. I know it’s Bogo Tuesday, but come on my pizza came Last Tuesday it was hot, but there was many spots on the pizza that didn’t have cheese. You see the dough and the sauce. It was baked and didn’t have cheese, so I’m not a man who complains so I let it go said maybe they were in a rush, cause I’m always gotten fresh pizzas. Never had a complaint. So I order again today get the pizza delivered as always oh and can I say the delivery men are always very nice so I get it delivered as I always do and again today both pizzas have spots on there with no cheese you can see the right through. And like I said, I don’t usually complain but today I have to. I was going to my daughter’s house so I ordered it so I could take it to my grandkids and hang out with them for the night watch movies or something. Needless to say, I’ve been telling my daughter about Marco and how great the pizza is and then I presenter this today.
I have contacted the corporate office email two times and they have not responded.
I have again emailed the address that the owner asked me to email. And still have not gotten a response from them. My third email now it’s just ridiculous that no one has responded back to me. It’s really even more disappointing because me and my children love Marco pizza.
UPDATE! Was contacted by a manager I missed the call but was left a voicemail. Which I returned a day or so later and never got a response back and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Goes to show how things are dealt with by management.

Ordered the pizza at 9:49, with an estimation of 35 minutes to get here, but received pizza at 10:10. About 15 minutes earlier than expected. Pizza was raw and not even sliced all the way. When I called to quite literally complain because I’m feeding this to my young son, the so called manager “assured” me it wasn’t raw or rushed when I’m staring straight at this soggy piece of pizza. Gave me the option to receive a credit or a remake but on the basis of returning original pizza. Gladly agreed just to be met with a pizza that took the same exact amount of time to get here and wasn’t any better. Manager should be ashamed and needs to snap back into reality. Lost a longtime customer. ✌

I am not ever a fan of commercial style pizza but I will tell you I was really surprised how good the pizza was . The delivery time was fast and we were in the middle of a snow storm . The app was easy to use for online ordering and the pizza was made great . We tried a cheesy cheddar pizza and it was delicious. I will definitely order from here again in the future !

I mostly get pick up. My thin crust is always cooked PERFECTLY! Just enough toppings and not overcooked with the perfect crunch on the crust. So good had to leave a review. The consistency is great, hits the spot every time. THANK YOU!!
