I ordered pick up at 346. Online it said it would be ready at 406. I showed up at 405 and I am told 6 mins. I am not spoken to again. At 420 I asked the cashier if the online time of 4:06 was incorrect. She told me it would be ready any minute. No one spoke to me again until they gave me my pizza at 4:35. I get the online times might not be correct. To give me the incorrect time in person and not say anything to me while I am waiting in the store, is poor customer service. Too many pizza places around to deal with those shenanigans. My suggestion would be to call in your order and get an accurate time for pickup. Because 45 minutes for a pickup of one pizza is rough. I wouldn’t order the boneless chicken; they were soggy.

Ordered a pizza by phone, came in early to wait for it and while I was seated the lady at the register gave me a small water. It’s the little things.. had just got off work unbeknownst to her. Can’t wait to try my pizza 1st time here!

Was returning from Indianapolis to West Lafayette suddenly heavy rain started and we were hungry and my phone was dying. The nearest pizza place that was affordable was this. Thought of giving this place a try and it was totally worth it. Loved the garden pizza choice. The staff was very nice and I got my phone charged enough to get me back home while we had food.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I felt I should after my experience. Completely different from when I was last here, which was 2 years ago. I was greeted immediately upon entering, my pizza was done quickly and hot, and I was even given a complimentary water. I will be back.
