We LOVE Marcos. They are our go to pizza place. But tonight may have cost them us as customers. We were given an hour wait time. Its Friday so fine. We call an hour and 15 later and told our order was LOST and it would be an additional 30. Well my fiance heads up there after 30, he passed the delivery guy. We placed an order at 7:15 and did not get our pizza until 9:30. To make it better, the pizza was cold, we were missing the 2 liter or Sierra mist and only received one cheese sauce and ordered 3. Over 2 hours for us (us including a 2 year old and 8 year old) to eat pizza on a Friday night. And nothing was even offered to make up for all of this. I rarely judge a company based off of one bad experience but tonight was enough for us.

I’ve always liked this location but lately customer service has been very disappointing. I understand everyone is struggling with labor and supply shortages but customers are still paying full price. I was the second person in line, there were two associates at the front desk but they were very flustered and at one point three associates were assisting one client. Finally, it was my turn. Initially I was handed an incomplete order, I had to point that out. I had ordered and paid for a family sized salad but was handed an individual salad. There were about 10 people behind me and I had been waiting for 15-20 minute already so I just grabbed my order and left. I wrote to Marco’s on twitter, they sent me a link to fill out some form so they can correct the issue. I filled out the form knowing there will be no resolution because I have filled one of those in the past but no one followed up. So don’t get your hopes up if they send you a link to a feedback form.

I can’t tell you if the pizza was good because I didn’t get any. I sent in an order for 7pm several hours ahead of time. When I got to the location at 7pm, I had to wait twenty minutes just for someone to tell me that they weren’t sure if they even started making my pizza. At least they were able to refund me so I could go somewhere else. I value my time too much, so I won’t go back.

Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza. Never got one. Manager was cussing at customers and kicking them out for asking about their order. Lying saying they never placed an order. Just anything to get them out. Other employee was stacking finished pizzas on top of each other and throwing the tickets to the side. There was 17 people waiting at one point we could all see them taking the pizzas out the oven and boxing them. Not one of us got a pizza. One woman waited 3 hours before snapping at the manager and leaving. I won’t be back. Very unprofessional.

They got my order wrong! “So why are you giving them three stars, you ask?” Well, it was SUPER delicious anyway after I picked off the things I didn’t want, delivery time wasn’t terrible (though they were 10 minutes later than they said they’d be), and the pizza is pretty filling so the price isn’t that bad a deal. About $20 altogether for a delivery pizza is pretty steep IMO, especially if they mess up your order (like they did with mine), but a large can feed four people easy. I think the pros and cons even themselves out on this one.

Usually order from marcos on Pendleton pike, but it was like an hour wait. So i ordered from here and decided to drive up.
My initial thought was that i was ordering from the location in downtown fishers, but it turns out that location was closed. And my phone died in the process so I couldn’t confirm the location. Finally confirmed the location, but by now my pizza had been sitting for 20 minutes. On the way we called and explained the situation and asked them to remake the pizzas which they obliged.

Manager Jordan Mahoney does an exceptional job. Well managed, great food, fast service. We had driver Grant and he was professional and fast. Pizza has always arrived earlier than expected and HOT! Highly recommend.

Received NO/poor service this evening. Drove to pick up my uber eats order well after the pickup time and they said they can’t find a tablet to see there pickup orders and didn’t have any information on my order. I asked for the order to be made and delivered as I needed to be home and they said no. They wanted me to come back or wait for the order to be made. I was only asking for you to fix your mistake in a reasonable way.

Pizza is not better than a frozen pizza. The $8 dollar salad that supposedly feeds 2 was tiny…a very small plastic container barely filled. Spent $45 for a pizza, bread sticks, and a salad….it all tasted like gas station food…definitely not worth the cost.

We had a great experience pre-ordering online from Northern Indiana where we live and using the contactless delivery. Our family event in the Fishers area went very smoothly with the delicious pizza, cheesy bread and Greek salad. Thank you Marcos for making it stress free!
