I went in to get a steak sub for lunch (around noon on 1-16-2026). The store was clean and I was greeted immediately. The man working was very friendly, polite and helpful. He made the sandwich quickly and packaged it perfectly. Really. The service, packaging and sandwich were just like the pictures and TV ads. Perfect. I am so used to receiving food that looks nothing like the pictures and grumpy service, that this was shocking. It was all really perfect and I look forward to going to them again. Thanks!

I’ve ordered from Marco’s for a year and a half now. Every time, pick up or delivery, its hot and great! I haven’t had a bad experience from Marco’s. The owner of the Brandt Pike location is very professional and super nice. He comes in to my work from time to time and he’s still the same nice man. The delivery drivers are fast and nice. I recommend this location to everyone.

Don’t waste your valuable time. Horrible management and Horrible service for middle of the road pizza. After waiting an hour and a half for delivery the manager’s response to me was “what do you want me to do about it?”

Can’t give a review about the pizzas because I never got it. The associates were nice trying to find my food. The manager (who is making pizzas) when asked where my food was said he made it and showed no concern to find it. It appears it was never made.When I said I want my money back because the manager didn’t appear to care. i was kindly given a refund by the associate. She was very kind. The manager should learn customer service from her.

I want to start off by saying my food and service have always been great! I understand every once in a while quality may be a little off. I order from this location I would like to say at least 4-5x’s a month. Two weeks ago I ordered my pizza at 10 in the morning before this location was open with an 1130 delivery. When I received my food it was cold. Now I could’ve taking the whole order back because its normally pipping hot. Well I called and spoke with a guy told him about my order and his promise was a $10 credit. Well, I ordered again either that day or the next and I was told you can’t use the credit on a delivery. I understood that I didn’t feel like driving so I paid full price. Today, as usual on Friday I call to place my order and I was even going to pick it up. I talked to Brandon and he stated that I didn’t have a credit. Not to mention my account is flagged for abusing credits. Now I have bank/credit card statements that I ALWAYS pay FULL PRICE for my food. At this point its not about the credit but the service. Why promise something if your not going to follow through. To say he talked to his GM about my number and he’s not going to do anything is a bit much.
