Eric, I am assuming the manager, exhibits the highest of quality and never let’s you down.
Don’t get me wrong, he has a SOLID CREW behind him, but the leadership shows with this guy.
I live right around the corner and love that Marco’s makes their dough fresh so I usually go here if I don’t want to make a pizza myself at home.
With that said, I order here a few times a month and I AM NEVER DISAPPOINTED.
I swear Eric sleeps at this place; he has greeted me (or been in the back working) every single time I’ve come in. I’m not kidding.
Again, I’m not taking away from the excellent service and coworkers behind him, I’m just emphasizing his efforts.
He always has a suggestion that helps (this time we got square cut) and is just a nice dude.
This place rocks and is always my choice for pizza.

If you eat here, you will be served expired ingredients/dough. I’ve seen expired items over a week old being served. The GM Deon will not let you throw it out. Says, “We will use it quick.” Equipment is not cleaned properly if at all. (See photos) The same GM frequently urinates out back behind the store then returns to work without washing his hands. (Ask the other employees, Alexis among others have also witnessed this behavior.). AVOID AT ALL COST.

Cold sub, ridiculous amount of pepperoni for a sub. Pic is what I had to remove to make it edible. When 10 pepperonis are stacked together only the top one cooks. Use to be my favorite place. Unfortunately it’s been terrible the last several times.

Good food I won’t complain about that. However, the “pizza bowls” isn’t a pizza bowl, it’s toppings in a dish and not a full dish. Why call it a pizza bowl? I thought I was getting a small pizza in a bowl, but just sauce, cheese and meat. Definitely disappointed with this.

Too bad I couldn’t actually rate it the way I want to but there’s no minus stars on here. Pre-ordered four pizzas and two orders of cheesy bread to be delivered at 7:00 when it showed up they brought the wrong Pizza and then took about 50 minutes to bring the correct one after we had to call back! Way to piss on somebody’s birthday party and they wanted Marco’s Pizza for their birthday food and I can guarantee you they’ll never get another dime of my money! I’ll buy a frozen pizza or go to a gas station first

My order was wrong again tonight. My salad was missing, the delivery guy said that he forgot it. He said that he would bring it back out. I didn’t want to wait to eat. Our order was already 25 mins late. This was the second time my salad was missing from the delivery. I did call and asked for the manager. She was not very nice! I’ve spoke to a manger before when my order was wrong and that guy was very nice. 3 of the last 5 of our orders were not right. I didn’t even notice that the pizza wasn’t right either tonight. No Parm crust, no garlic sauce cup again and I paid for double sauce and it didn’t have that. We love the food at Marcos, that’s the only reason we keep ordering. When we order we spend $30 to $40. Is it to much to ask to get what we are paying for. I asked for her to just take the salad cost off my charges for this order. She said it’s already been charged, so I can get it delivered tonight or I could have a credit of $7. On the next order. It’s NOT a credit when I paid for it. I’m getting tired of calling in because my delivery isn’t right. I’d love to keep ordering here, but is it to much for them to double check the orders before leaving the store?

Today was the 3rd time I’ve ever had this place and it will be the last!! They got my order wrong and tried to fix it and it still wasn’t done right i still never got the sub I ordered!! And ordered a magnifico pepp pizza it was just a regular pepp pizza the only the right from my whole order was the pizzoli!! They send me the wrong sub the wrong salad the wrong pizza!! I tried to call and the guy was very rude and hung up on me!! Don’t recommend going here!!

We’ve probably placed close to 100 orders. Everything’s always been good and prompt. The website is a little crappy and difficult to navigate. However the employees are always delightful to solve any problem I may have. The online ordering is garbage however the pizza is excellent and the employees are always great. The rewards program seems to be really fair also and I’ve got several free pizzas
