Ordered delivery, took an hour to arrive which is fine. But the food was cold. So I called to tell them and the offered credit on a future order or refund some of the money. I asked for the refund. I called 3 times after that to figure out when I would see the refund. The person I spoke to said he told me he was giving us a a credit. That is definitely not what we had agreed to. I guess we will never see that refund…

I am giving this place ONE star for this place for a couple of reasons…..in the year 2025 their website is HORRIBLE. Tried to type in my address, wouldn’t let me put it in completely. You cannot order custom or extra toppings as their options are severely limited. Ridiculous when local pizza place LaRosas you can get whatever you want!! Note NOT picking on my local Marcos…this review applies to ALL of them. Secondly the food is crappy. Pizza just so so and LaRosas subs are twice as good. Have no idea WHY the You Tube videos rate them so high. Even Papa John’s is way better.

Ordered 17 pizzas early on a Friday for a large church event on a Sunday. Placed order early so the store had a chance to complete the order and they agreed to do it. Sunday came. No pizza at delivery time and no call. No one answered the phone and we found the store’s doors locked. They did not call to let us know they would not be able to complete the order so we could have time to contact another store. Will never use them again
And this was the 2nd time this has happened. We gave grace after the first mishap and the store worked to discount our next order. But after this we will not use them again. A simple call to the number we left would have helped us for our event. Nothing.

Great experience tonight. The employee on the phone was nice, the pizza was hot & so good, and the employees inside were nice too!! I’ve lived in Milford 7 years & never had Marco’s pizza here. It was great!! We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks guys!

I only gave 3 stars because I ordered 3 pizzas straight from the menu and my pizza didn’t have spinach on it as it says on the menu it would. I am really annoyed not only because the spinach was missing, but because when I saw it at checkout nothing was offered, no substitution for Rucola, no coupon for whatever. It seemed like they didn’t care. That’s what really bothered me.
And honestly remaking a pizza then and there, would have needed all 3 to be remade because cold pizza isn’t the same. So I didn’t ask for that.

In the five years that I have been ordering from the Milford location they have never messed up any of my orders no matter how large they were. Many many weeks I would place orders daily for lunch then order again to take home for the family. They are our go to for get togethers, parties, and nights we don’t want to cook. The food is always delicious, hot, and fast. The staff is always professional, friendly, and very attentive to details and service.
