Quoted delivery time was 30-40 minutes when delivery order was placed. I pre tipped $10 on a $30 order, and it took over an hour to get my food. Food was cold, but still edible. I’ll be going elsewhere for Pizza. What is the deal with terribly managed pizza places on this side of town? Yeesh.

Ordered at 8:13 and got our food 15 minutes later! Look at the quality! I was scared at first cause we recieved it so fast but dang, you all out did yourself tonight! We always do pizza on Friday night but with the remnants of Hurricane Helene that came through greater Cincinnati last Friday, most places weren’t open due to power outages. I called Marco’s and they were open and delivering. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice. This was the first time we had ordered from Marco’s. I ordered a medium pizza and my wife had a salad. Both were absolutely delicious. So good that we ordered again on Sunday for the football game. You have gained a customer for life!

We ordered from Marco’s today just as our area was experiencing some less than stellar winter weather. We had hoped that we ordered early enough to avoid putting anyone in danger, but unfortunately we thought wrong. About 25 minutes after receiving the notification that our order was out for delivery, we received a call from our delivery driver letting us know he was in a ditch on the road leading to our house. He kept ensuring that our order would be there as soon as they could – meanwhile, I’m just feeling awful that we even put someone at risk just for us to eat dinner! We texted him a few minutes later asking for his Venmo so we could still tip him. Just a few minutes after that, he said he had gotten a tow and was back on his way. I’m sorry – what?! You were just in a ditch and rather than saying “screw this,” he hopped right back to work. My wife ran outside to meet him at his car so he didn’t have to navigate anymore slippery surfaces, and he STILL offered to carry everything to our front door (she refused to let him). Oh, AND – our pizza was still piping hot! So, to our driver who’s name I unfortunately didn’t catch, thank you. I hope you made it back to the shop okay and that your manager closed the store shortly after. To the manager, give him a raise. That man is dedicated.
