I’ve ordered from this store for going on 2 years. No more. They can make fantastic food but you’ll be lucky to get 1 in 6 orders that are. Its no longer worth the gamble for me. The pictures are from what should have been a hot honey special with double old world peperoni. No honey, no double peperoni, and too thick crust that’s doughy. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Never buy a meatball sub from this place. When I ordered a meatball sub here the sub had what seemed like 30 meatballs the size of miniature ping pong balls on the bread with a splash of marinara and a sprinkle of cheese on top. It was impossible to eat because the meatballs wouldn’t even stay in the bread. Never buying anything from this place again. Arrivederci Marcos

I placed an order for a xl Italian sausage & mushroom pizza. It was made to perfection and I enjoy picking my pizza up myself!!!! I am blessed to still get around and I don’t mind. Boooo! Worst location ever. I gave the delivery guy a $10 cash tip and live less than a couple minutes away. He was nice! He should find a better place to work for. They screwed up my order BIG time and the manager was rude to me on the phone about it. She acted like I was lying. She said I had to trade the wrong pizza for the right one and not once apologized for the mess up. She told me the pepporoni was under the cheese. I lifted it up. It wasn’t there. I took pictures of my pizza with no pepperoni. I’m going to call to speak to the owner, Terry, on Sunday. I understand everyone is human and makes mistakes. Own them. Don’t be rude. Make it right. Thanks for ruining my dinner, Marcos of Ashland Rd. They deserve 0 stars.

Ordered online and they charged my card twice for an order that didn’t actually go through the system. I called the store only for him to tell me “sorry, it happens all the time, there’s nothing I can do for you.” He offered to take my order over the phone but unfortunately their online system already charged me twice for an order that didn’t actually go to the restaurant and now there’s not enough money left on my card to place another one. Yea the charge will fall off but that doesn’t feed me tonight and considering he said this happens all the time; you’d think the business would do something to solve the issue but nope, they’re well aware of it and continue to allow it to happen. I won’t be spending my money there again because they’ve held it hostage when this situation could have been 100% prevented. The man on the phone sounded like he’s heard this a million times already and his attitude about me being just out of luck was less than caring. Don’t waste your time here.

I have always liked Marcos big square deals but this location is hit or miss… a lot of the time the pizza is great and other times it looks pretty rushed.

They have good deals and you get a good pizza. Just be forewarned if you get any of the magnifico’s they are extremely greasy

I don’t know what’s going on in this store but I’m gonna guess….very very poor management! Stuffs always wrong and has been taking way to long. Employees are not wearing gloves when touching food and a couple of them need a talkin to about hygiene. Get it together Marcos! Get a new manager!
