I have to say, almost every pie I’ve ordered here has been pretty great. Tonight though, I have to say, thank you. Exceptional customer service, and to be honest, a random act of kindness. They cut my pizza thr wrong way, and not only remade it, but gave me the messed up one free….that is service that happens rarely these days. This was completely unnecessary, but highly appreciated!!! Thank you, and the pizza was awesome I’m sure the 2nd was also, but gave it to my son. Thanks again!

Food was good. Customer service was not. Lady working didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked if I could get my food that was ready behind her and she didn’t say a word. I got my food and told her to have a good day and she responded “yea”. Left me wondering what I did wrong.

I ordered a Deluxe Pizza Bowl from the Fostoria Ohio location last night (02/12/2025) and was pleasantly surprised when I received my order. The bowl was full, hot and delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the bowl looked like it would have made a perfect picture for an advertisement! It was obvious that the preparer for this bowl placed all the ingredients evenly and abundantly. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

This was the worst experience at a Marcos I’ve ever had. I got a notification that my food was done 20 minutes before they actually gave it to me. The dude at the checkout touched my food with no gloves and unwashed hands. Kinda weird to finger my food, never had someone open up every box and touch it to make sure it was okay. My cinnasquares were messed up and my food was flavorless. Then I paid for extra ranch and when it wasn’t in my pizza box I asked the dude for some and he went on about how I needed to pay for it next time and then looked at my receipt and send that it was literally on there and said oh… and then kept yapping about paying for it. Very weird experience. Don’t recommend this location.

Just picked up a sub for lunch and it definitely was not worth 10 dollars. First did not get the garlic sauce on the side I asked for and the sub tasted like it was old bread, could barely see any cheese the edges of the meat was burnt and hard . The bread was so stale and hard around the edges I had to pull it off. Needless to say it was not worth the money.
