We often order. Sometimes good other times terrible food soggy or cold.. last night we ordered and it estimated our wait time would be about 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called and let it ring for 20 minutes. No one ever picked up. I called back and refused to hang up and waited almost 30 minutes until they picked up!! At this point, it was to cancel the order because it was almost bedtime for my children, and I had to get something else for them. We had no idea if they would actually show up at this point, either. Over 2 hours is a long time with them not answering the phones as well. They finally picked up and said they only had one driver (I do understand, but come on), and he hadn’t even left with our order yet!! 2 and a half hours YIKES!!

Driver was pissed off that they didn’t physically get a tip. I don’t carry any cash on me and always use credit cards or online pay options for services, and have always tipped when applicable. I had given a tip online when I placed the order, as I have always done. This driver seemed very upset that they did not get handed a physical tip. I tipped $5 on top of the $3.99 delivery charge, and I only live 2mins from the place. The only reason it was delivered, was because I was working and my disabled brother needed food at home. Thank you marcos for making my disable brother feel bad.

Ordered pizza by delivery at work I asked for 3 of the xlarge pizzas and 2 cheesy bread with Xtra cheese on both received 2 xl pizzas and one LG with only one cheesy bread I asked on the phone for them to add the $6 tip with the card info I gave them the delivery lady showed up & asked where her tip was in front of the office crew and I explained I asked them to add it on the phone but still ended up writing it on the receipt when she got here I called about the situation & said Ive never been asked for a tip like that especially when I asked for them to add it over the phone she was quite rude when on the phone about the situation. It’s sad I order from here a lot but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

I usually order from here 10 to 15 times a year and am satisfied with the food and service. Until tonight… I called and ordered a pizza for delivery as usual. I waited an hour and still no pizza. I called and they told me the order was never placed so I checked my bank account and noticed that I was charged. Needless to say they offered to try again but I was not about to wait for another hour. Place had really gone downhill.

Worst place to get food! Would put zero stars if I could. My husband and I went to get a pizza after work, the girl at the counter, Stephanie, cashed us out then didn’t wash her hands and went right into making our pizza. She had a ring on one hand and two hair ties on the other wrist AND had open cuts while handling our food. No hair or beard net was worn by any of the employees and the gentleman helping construct our pizza was playing on his phone in between placing toppings and WIPED HIS FACE OFF WITH HIS HANDS AND CONTINUED TO MAKE OUR FOOD. The young lady started to get rude when we voiced our concerns and asked for a refund. Will be contacting higher ups in the morning. This is not safe food to eat by any means.
