Ordered two pizzas. Received email it was ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up and they couldn’t find my pizza. Wanted us to wait around for them to remake it. No thanks, we already waited inside 15 minutes while they were helping other customers. Then to top it off they can’t refund at the store. I have to wait 2 days to get my money refunded. The employees found humor in the situation. And just looked at me like I was ridiculous for questioning their policy. This location needs to rethink their management policy along with their customer service skills. Sadly, this is not the first time they don’t have orders ready after email stating it is.

I would put Marcos in the same category as Little Caesar’s or Dominos. It’s cheap pizza that’s acceptable. I has a positive experience overall. The white pizza with bacon was very salty tasting.

All though I just ordered wings and a large pizza with sausage and pepperoni which was good! It was the customer service that I received, that I’m still raving about! The young man who took my order was so nice and patient after I had explained I hadn’t had Marco’s pizza for quite sometime and he then recommended the specials for carryout. And when I arrived I greeted by other equally as pleasant staff and the establishment was clean!

Hit and miss depending on who makes your food. Last pizza was dripping in garlic butter. So wet it soaked through the box. Ended up eating 2 pieces and throwing 8 away. Thanks again

Used to be my go to pizza place. Not sure what’s going on, last time I ordered in December 2024. Pizza was missing sauce and toppings. Gave it 6 months and ordered recently, same thing. 3 pizzas of different varieties, missing sauces on pizzas or incredibly very small amount. Not what you expect for the amount paid. Very disappointed.
