The pizza looked and smelled good. But the dough isn’t cooked all the way in the middle. The center of the pizza was more raw. Closer to crust it was completely cooked and good. So I’m not sure how that happens but it ruined my experience. So maybe once they fix this I’ll try again

Pizza has definitely gone downhill lately! I have been getting it for months from this location in the quality of the pizza has definitely been getting less every time I’ve ordered. Order a pizza with extra cheese and it did not have any kind of extra cheese on it whatsoever! Any recommendations for another pizza place in Kent? And take a risk of retaliation? No thank you. I gave you guys a chance and you blew it.

I officially give up on this Marco’s location. Every time I order something is wrong – uncooked vegetable toppings, missing sauce cups, no white sauce on pizza, wrong crust. The kids who work there are really nice, but they can’t follow a five step pizza order to save their life lol.

Order arrived 5 minutes early just was someone else’s order. Driver apologized and called store to let them know said be back in just few minutes. I called nearly half hour late. Was told in car, in way should be nearly here. We are about 6 minutes away. Called over 15 minutes late and whoever the girl asked was hollering fir me to hear. Found out lied first time I called. Hard for order to be on road almost here with ticket was timed printed after my call. Finally got my order hour after wrong delivery. Only apologizes were from drivers.
