The place is not the same! I ordered pizza and wings directly over the phone. Marco’s sent me my order via DoorDash without bags or security seals. I got yelled twice over the phone when I called to report a violation of food delivery rules. The worker actually yelled at me, cussed me out and hung up! Is this what has become of America? Never will order from Marco’s again.

Food was decent but… DoorDash establishment even when using Marcos website; Tip: Select “cash” on online orders to force them to pay an employee hourly+tips wage to deliver, if you care about that. Can always call upon delivery and change to “card” and pay I9 Marcos employees in card/cash tip. 3rd party drivers are used in order to skirt paying hourly wage, tips, and payroll taxes to employees while charging a $4.99 delivery fee. Just a significant cashgrab on orders by the company. I support gig-work but let that be the Customer’s choice to use the DoorDash platform. Also FYI the insulated pizza bags (that keep your pizza hot) are only mandatory for Marco’s employees, not dashers. Dashers will pick this delivery offer up as part of their usual hectic route with little-to-no benefit to the Dasher nor the Customer.
The pizza was fine (average quality from chain, canned mushrooms v. fresh only complaint, otherwise was as expected and satisfactory). Base price wasn’t too bad all things considered (12.99 2-topping XL pizza, 1 dipping cup included, $2.25 additional toppings). Also a personal gripe: the Jalapeno Ranch has a bit too much apple cider vinegar ._.

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and after 60 minutes we call for a update just for them to say they are waiting for door dash? We ordered from Marco’s not door dash so why not let the customer know this? So we tell them hold the order we will pick it up and leave to pick it up, arrive at the store and they let door dash take it anyway and we get back before the pizza. but the best part is the order never even arrived at all. So we call door dash and they fuddle around trying to find the order and we say we want redelivery and they call Marcos and are told we picked up the order. Honestly its 100% Marcos fault for not telling customers ahead of time that when you order delivery they are not even delivering it. My opinion of them has tanked. Just plain terrible service.

This location is Fantastic! I am a very harsh pizza critic. Ordered two pizzas. One Triple Pepperoni Magnifico and One thin pizza. Both came out perfect. And exactly on time.
