I ordered pizza online at 7:48 PM and was quoted a 20-minute delivery time. My order didn’t arrive until 9:38 PM, and I was not informed that it had been outsourced to DoorDash. When the pizza arrived, it was obviously cold.
I called the store to address the issue. After explaining the situation, her response was, “Okay, so what do you want me to do?” When I expressed concern about the two-hour wait compared to the quoted 20 minutes, she became agitated and stated they had no drivers and that the DoorDash order was out of her control. When I attempted to request a remake (I was willing to pick it up) or a refund, she hung up on me.
I called back and spoke with Ron, the store manager, who explained that the woman I had previously spoken to was the district manager. I was appalled by how rudely the situation was handled and that a district manager would hang up on a customer. Ron, however, was calm, professional, and understanding, and he promptly refunded my order.
While I appreciate Ron’s professionalism, the overall experience—especially the interaction with upper management—was extremely disappointing.

Order 2 pizzolis and wings. The wings didn’t look fresh but weren’t that bad the pizzolis were raw in the middle so I called the store a female answers and yells they’re closed I told her I had a problem with my order without saying anything to me she put me on hold then hung up I called several times and got no answer

Missing ingredients. And this is what the sub sandwich looked like. Never been able to get an edible sub sandwich out of this location, they always look like this and have stale bread like this, and like they were assembled by someone who hates you

Ordered pizza and wings via online ordering order came to 60.26 website rejected my order, not once but 2 times, but still took my money from my account, called to make sure only got charged 1 time, staff was unable to help, so asked to speak to a manager, was on hold for 20 minutes, then they hung up on me. So called back wss on hold for 7min 58 seconds, when someone answered and immediately placed me on hold again. So now im on hold as of now another 19 minutes.. so evidentally im beinh charged over 120 dollars for food i m not getting.
Horrible service.. would not recommend..

Placed an order online, 3 hours later no food. Called in and the guy apologized, lied and said they dropped the order off and went to go look on my Doorbell camera and saw no food. He then put me on hold and when I tried calling back — nobody answered the phone anymore.

I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars on principle. I was locked out of car and wasn’t able to pick up my pizza . I called them to explain & ask to have my pizza remade and the did . Thank ya’ll I’m still going to leave up my old pictures from the trash I used to get . I’ll be fair and post a picture of today’s pizza ,which was nice .

Been several times. Typical pizza pickup/delivery spot. The staff is usually friendly. Service is fast. Food is really good.
Last time I went, I created my own pizza. Regular toss, white sauce, light garlic on crust, pepperoni, grilled chicken and bacon. Yum! They forgot to add my red dipping sauce. But I forgot about it too, and it wasn’t an additional cost. So I am not complaining. They were really really busy that night.
