Worst place to order at and while the food is great, the service absolutely sucks. I wanted to order a small item before they closed and when I spoke to whoever I spoke too on the phone they lied to me when I asked them are they still taking orders for pick up at 10:30pm because they close at 11:30 so says on Google maps. How I know their lying is because I called at a time like this before and they took my order, but now all of sudden they can’t and they rudely hung on me. They lied like this before as well, because last month which was in February I’ve ordered and they pulled the same lied. It’s better to go in as soon as they open, because they keep allowing lying idiots close their store.

Hey y’all, I’ve had this locations pizza a couple of times. Most times no issues. I’ve had an order messed up before but gave another chance because it’s good pizza! The place seems fairly clean. Customer service has been okay as well. I don’t eat it often but will return.

I love marcos food but they definitely need to work on the service there. I walked in and instead of being greeted and told hold on! She went right on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. So I was just standing there kinda awkwardly my food was done I just needed to pick it up it was right there on the shelf. Some guy walked out of the kitchen I asked if he worked there he said no. Why was someone in the kitchen if they didn’t work there? Eventually one of the other workers came up and got my order for me but I feel like they could’ve asked me to wait a second before going on the phone or just grabbed my order real quick.

Can’t make a good pizza to save their lives. Every time I order at this location the food is horrible. Order from Avon, some of the best pizza. Order from Beachwood chagrin, horrible. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making pizza at this location.

I wasn’t refunded my money. They told me my money would go under my phone number. I told them I wasn’t from this area and I asked if it would go for all Marco’s pizza he said yes. So when I got back home a couple days later I went to order the pizza and of course nothing is under my phone number, which is really shitty because I spent around $43 on items that we’re not even given to me. Just kind of upset about this situation. It was just a waste of money.

I did the survey with Marcos pizza for a free cheesy bread and everytime I try to add it it’s not valid through delivery or pick up. Its just a scam to get people to do the survey. You will not get the free cheesy bread. That is false advertising

I have been customer for years with Marco’s Pizza , but I think it’s time to change . Ordered XL pizza bake well done , and no it was not well baked . Tomatoes, peppers and onion (cold ) have been added after the pizza came out of the oven . For the past couple times I have to baked the pizza in my own oven.

Terrible customer service. Delivered my pizza and It was all balled up . Pieces were folded and all flipped over . By it being a hour before they close I called to have them remake it while I was in route so that my kids can get in bed. My kids only eat cheese pizza and that just happened to be the side that was jumbled up. He refused to remake it stating he has to see it first. I’m not understanding why ? As if I’m lying about the pizza being all jumbled in the box. The proper thing to do would be to say “I’m sorry about that and we will have it remade” or even go above and beyond and say ”We will have another one delivered in exchange for the mangled pizza” or offer a coupon , credit , or something for the inconvenience of me having to come out my house which defeated the purpose of me ordering delivery!
And I do not have Facebook or Twitter so that’s not a solution.
