Litterally sat on the phone with the manager for 10min clarifying my order and paid extra for extra dipping sauce for my 3-cheesy bread orders . The food arrives and there’s not one sauce in the cheesy bread boxes. Not the ones it came with or the extra ones we paid for . Tried to call in to see if they had any customer service etiquette and they could care less. Insulting by offering a $5 credit. The only reason we would order the cheesy bread would be to eat with the dipping sauce. Considering we didn’t have the sauce the kids didn’t get to enjoy their dry cheesy bread. To top it off they blaimed it on door dash. It should be the restaurants responsibility to make sure the dasher has what they need. In addition the guy who works nights called me back after having me on an extended hold only to hang up on me. Now all their poor reviews makes sense! Poor customer service! Poor attention to detail . Then asked if I wanted to drive and pick them up…. If I wanted to drive I wouldn’t have paid extra for delivery. . A credit that was worthy of returning to this restaurant would have been appreciated, 3 cheesy breads gone to waist along with the $25 we paid for them and you offer a $5 credit! What an insult!

Anytime I order here late my food is always rushed and not made right. I asked for well done pizza instead I got pizza that wasn’t even barely done in general. The dough was very nasty due to not being fully cooked. Very gummy and weird. The crust should be buttery & have the garlic butter spread on it & it’s not. The toppings aren’t evenly distributed. Won’t be back I’m tired of my order being not made correctly

Absolutely disgusting experience last night, I was shorted my salad and the driver told me that she would be right back and not skip out I’m bringing you my salad back, now understandable the roads were bad last night but that’s not no reason to lie to my face. When I called back the workers tried telling me that it was from doordash, number one we did not use star Dash and number two their car had the Marcos sign on top of their car I tried explaining that to them but they did not want to listen. After 5 minutes of arguing with the employee he finally understood that it was their driver and not doordashes, well at least he stopped using that excuse,and he then proceeds to brush off my missing item as if it was nothing to be worried about as he kept telling me that they had more customers they had to worry about and more orders kept coming in and asked if I understood what he was saying, he proceeds to put me on hold where I waited for 10 minutes, I hung up and called the store back after a few moments of waiting the employee picked the phone up and hung it back up. I called back yet again and this time I got a automated message telling me that they are closed. No care in the world about the customers no care in the world about the customer’s money and no care in the world about trying to do anything about it, all they wanted to do was go home. Working in the food industry for over 30 years I completely understand wanting to go home on New Year’s Eve but if your crew is not going to perform the necessary tasks that they are supposed to be qualified for than perhaps your restaurant should not be open. Absolutely disgusted I will be calling back and you will be hearing from me again because I do want my order replaced now not just the salad, my fiance and I waited for over an hour for a phone call from a driver who had no intentions on calling what kind of kindergarten are we running here? We need to get the kids out of here and get some adults in here. There’s no Supervision in here and these children definitely need it. Still waiting for my driver to bring me back my salad by the way, I don’t know who is in charge of this restaurant but you definitely need to pick it up as you for sure have dropped the ball extremely unfortunate experience here. And to further add to it some of the items had little to no cheese on them like the cheese bread that I ordered had maybe two or three pieces of cheese on it not very cheesy if you ask me. Reached out yesterday and was told the gm would call me between 11 and 12… it’s almost 3 with nothing. I guess the crew is thought that way. The gm called me a few hours ago not sure if the manager gave her my information because she reached out to me via reviews on here, but we talked about everything that happened, she said she was going to talk to the employees, not going to get into but I think she will handle the situation. Furthermore I received credit to the store, more then just the salad so that was nice, I switched the service review from a 1 to a 3, I will do one final review once I use my store credit.

I asked for my pizza to be double cut as in go over the cut twice so the pizza can easily be taken apart and they cut my pizza into half inch slices. I called up there and the guy didn’t offer to replace the pizza just said oh they just of messed up … due to me living 30 minutes away i didn’t go back but this will be my last time going here it’s always something here especially with the night crew

I generally order pick up for a better customer experience and accurate order. Don’t order Doordash and Uber Eats if you want to get what you paid for.

Placed order, for pickup, arrived earlier than scheduled pickup time from order confirmation, door was locked, employee would not provide service, open sign was on….very weird.

What happened to this place? Ordered a pizza at 4 pm, estimated delivery 4:57. 5:30–no pizza. We called, they said it was on the way. Called at 6, waited 18 minutes on hold. They said the driver was waiting for one more pizza to bring ours. 6:30 we called to cancel the order. No accountability, no apology, just excuses. They assured us it was delivered. We look outside at 6:45 to see the driver delivering…to the neighbor’s house. Our pizza, almost 3 hours later, to the wrong house. So we grabbed it, took a couple bites, and threw the rest away because it was awful! Never ordering here again

The night crew at this location is very unprofessional almost every time I place my order after 9 PM anytime towards the weekend or on the weekends. This location is very unprofessional when you walk in they are blasting loud ghetto music. The workers barely want to greet you and the order is never correct today I walked in an Indian man was sitting on his phone. I had to stare him down for him to get up and assist me. He then doesn’t greet me. I tell him the name of the order he gives me the order. I leave something tells me to check my order. The wings had no sauce on them, even though the receipt says buffalo very clear on the receipt, I go back in. I’ll let him know. He didn’t have the order to a female, who then puts the sauce over the wings and doesn’t even shake the wings. This was just very unprofessional and I won’t be back here. I’m tired of coming here placing my order in the order is not correct. Also, I witnessed both of my times coming in today the phone ringing and everyone ignoring the phone
