I made an online order and after it saying my food was on the way, an hour later I still didn’t get it. I called and they said they came and called, but no one answered. They called the wrong number and took my food back. I asked for them to remake my food before bringing it back because it had already been out and about for well over an hour. They said they would remake it for me. I finally got my order 2 hours after ordering, they charged me another $5 delivery fee and the food was cold. They took revenge on my sandwiches. They were all ripped into pieces and my husband ended up getting sick from his food. I will never order from this restaurant again.

Placed order on 10/10/25 food was horrible nothing was able to be consumed because it was soggy and tasted like complete garbag. Called to complain and was presented with a big attitude from the manager who offered to replace the food ummm no thanks. I asked for a complete refund and the manager said ok and hung up on me. Called back and employees were heard laughing in the back ground. This is unprofessional from the management down and this store will never get my business again rather eat scraps out of a garbage can then order any food from this place again not to mention the unprofessional of the staff and incompetent management. Update…….Still NO refund or response after i filled out the request like the reply says.worst customer service ever on top of worst food.

The worst food ever. Order cheesy bread all the time. Comes really fast because it’s not backed wll the way. Talked to Mgr who was rude. She never said sorry or how can we fix this. I have never asked for anything free. Better to go somewhere that cooks the food right and treats you right.

Had a messed up order and the manager who was supposed to credit me didn’t. I called and it was about 3 minutes but the manager on tonight found it out for me and fixed it with my current order tonight.

So I’m a regular here I’d say I order a good amount of times, never an issue. Yesterday I ordered on the app and put pay in store, I was gonna use a debit card, their machines were down everywhere, they took my name and number and trusted me, I didn’t get a call before I went up there today to pay what was owed. The manager I usually see everytime was going to just give me the food but I respected what they did and paid it. They are all really great, friendly ppl. Download the app if you love their pizza like me!
