Ordered at 6 for food to be ready at 8 p.m., showed up at 7:55, and the dude at the counter was completely useless and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn’t even start the order yet, and it was supposed to be ready in 5 mins. I waited around till 8:30 to finally get the pizza. I get it was busy, but what’s the point of being able to put an order in hours before if it’s not ready for pickup when initially stated it would be? Especially when they had two hours to make it. Some of the pizzas didn’t have the right toppings on them either. Also if you look at the floor in this photo it was extremely dirty back in the kitchen and nothing looked sanitary back there. Definitely order to a different location or different pizza place in general.

Don’t leave to many one star reviews but this one is needed. Walked in to customers ahead of me that hadn’t been waited on or even addressed. Waited 15 minutes just for someone to acknowledge I was there. Told them my name and waited another 5 minutes because it wasn’t done. Got my food which was one large pizza one cauliflower crust pizza and one bread sticks. Got home and found two orders of bread sticks and no cauliflower crust pizza. Made a call, which took 10 minutes, and told them the situation. Lucky I live close, I returned and waited 10 minutes only for me to yell out my name to get someone to acknowledge me that I was there to get my pizza. Took the pizza home only to find out that it wasn’t cauliflower crust it was a dough crust. My wife is sensitive to gluten hence the reason for a cauliflower crust. Not a happy visit. Probably won’t have my business again.

The pizza was cut so thin it gave me flashbacks to elementary school pizza parties. Unfortunately, the nostalgia ended there, as the sub we ordered was completely forgotten. Between the microscopic slices and the missing item, this experience was pretty disappointing. Cheese bread was ethereal tho.

Been coming here for 2 plus years and they got a new GM recently last Friday I waited almost an hour for my food and had to watch my food get cold and the workers running the oven notice they forgot my bread. They didn’t inform me of a longer wait so I had to ask about it to get some honesty or my money back the gm pulled a bread from another order that had been sitting there for who knows how long to get me out of the store. Food was not good but figured it was because the upper management was there doing nothing distracting everyone like they do. No worries it happens so i ordered again tonight and everything was right but the toppings and cheese slid off of every slice and was not very appetizing with uneven crusts and bubbles all over. Don’t know what’s going on but i wont plan pizza night here till they get this store together.

Updating my review. For what ever reason this address is marked for pre-pay because of previous people of not paying. I am not a thief, but went along with the protocol because it was late night and I wanted pizza. Restaurant is less than 7 minutes from where I live and my food never arrived. This location 309 W. Alexis won’t have to ever worry about getting any more of my money.

By far the best pizza around but a lot of the workers are not the nicest. I placed an order the same thing I get every time. I’m very specific about my pizza and I always tells them 2-3 times that it has to be a thin crust pizza. Well I got there to pick it up and I always check it well it wasn’t a think crust. So I pointed it out to them and the worker started to argue about it with me. I got the manager and the worker called me a liar that he knows what ordered. Needless to say they was willing to make it right but the employee was very rude and the manager did not tell him to shut up or the customer is always right. I am very sick of hearing the excuse we are short staffed and so on. Covid’s been long over and that excuse don’t mean someone can be rude. Unfortunately, for me I only like Marcos . I don’t like the other pizza places in town so now instead of telling them two or three times I tell them three or four times what I want.

Took forever for someone to walk up and see if we had and order. Food was ok for being Marco’s. Bread definitely needs lìtle work these days.Had coupon w no expiration date and would not honor it . Otherwise fine for fast food.

I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the operations at the store located at 309 W Alexis Road. While I greatly appreciate the quality of the pizza, I have consistently encountered issues with the timeliness of food preparation. Despite placing my order two hours in advance to ensure sufficient time for preparation, my pizza was not even started ten minutes past the scheduled pickup time. It seems that there may be some staffing or operational issues that are causing these delays. I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.
