Worst pizza place in the city! Places an online order at 6pm. At 7:30 order was still not delivered. Call the store only to wait on hold 15 mins and someone picked the phone up and hung it up. About 5 mins later driver shows up with someone else’s order. I tell him it’s the wrong order and that it’s now been almost 2 hours since my order was placed. He proceeds to tell me the other delivery driver called off so he doesn’t know what to tell me. I get back on the phone again and call the store only to be put on hold for another 8 mins. By this time, it’s been over 2 hours since my order was placed. So I drive up to the store, wait in the drive thru line. When I get to the window I tell the person the issue and he says he’ll get his manager. The manager was beyond rude and his exact words were “I cant make the driver drive any faster”. They remade the pizza which the crust was paper thin (I didn’t order thin crust) and wasn’t even cooked all the way. All the toppings just slid off the pizza. Horrible experience!

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce a sauce cup garlic toppings for the crust and a thing of cinnamon bites got no sauce for the cinnamon bites or the pizza sauce or the garlic sauce and the pizza had less sauce then normal this was for delivery called up there and they said to bring it back up because there people don’t miss things. Junior will give me a credit because I was his first upset customer of the day um flabbergasted much.

They never answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes. Their customer service is poor and it’s been like this every single time I’ve ordered through them. The picture im adding is how long I’ve sat on the phone the 2nd time calling. And fully understand when I get ahold of someone. Now I’ve been hung up on 6 times.

This is supposed to be a chicken club sub. Not only was it smashed up, barely enough toppings for the bun, but it was also not fully cooked. The bread was still soft except the edges, and the cheese didn’t even melt.
I called 2 times and got hung up on. The first time i was told the oven was off and then got hung up on after waiting 10 minutes to talk to the manager. So I called back, and the guy picks up and hangs up without saying anything. So we go back up to the restaurant and the guy says he can’t do anything about it. He refused to remake my order or refund my money. His reason was the register was off, and the oven was off, even though we could see him through the glass making a pizza. Probably stealing from the company because it was just after 11. The oven was off for you to remake my subs but not for the white dude to make his own big ass pizza. Marcos needs to stop trying to keep it’s business in the hood. You get hood workers and customers get low end hood service. This one may be located off the Anthony Wayne trail, but far from what you would think my downtown to Maumee friends. Skip this location.

Driver was very nice! Called to find out about my delivery and the person answering the phone stated they were not taking orders at 7:46 pm. I explained to him I was checking on my delivery and he was very rude. She (driver) explained the long delay was another driver skipping over my delivery. Food was cold (gel line) throughout the pizza and the wings were the worst (slimy). Did not call the store back was over them from the first call! Definitely will never be ordering again!

We order from Marco’s all the time and usually we have no issues. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and a salad. Estimated delivery time was 6:25
My order arrived 6:50 ice cold.
My salad was disgusting looking I couldn’t even eat it. Slimy and wilted.
Highly disappointed in the hour and a half delivery time and food quality.

Ordered 2 pizzas , 2 subs & bread . Everything is dry literally . Our pizza is made on flat bread & dry . Our subs was cold & dry . The cheesy bread aint cheesing smh . I called back to get a replacement she told me to put my food in the oven & I’am at work . Very disappointment will not be returning . Customer service sucks & the food does to .

This Marco’s is no longer participating in social distancing or facemasks. I have a huge sign hanging on my front door with a giant stop sign. I have Lupus and the medication I take lowers my immune system. This location decided recently to just stop any kind of Covid prevention. You can see the pizza I just risked my well being on. They forgot my salad too. If you are sick I would advise you not to order from this store. Oh she also handed the receipt and a pen for me to sign. I will call the corporate office on Monday. You can’t hand someone a pizza from 6 feet away. If you expect common decency and you want your delivery left at your door I wouldn’t order from this Marco’s. They are remaking my pizza and I hope this time they can do what the sign and my receipt says and leave it at the door. She just kept knocking until I had to answer. Never again. They asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted my pizza remade I said both, that didn’t happen. They are taking credit card only to protect the drivers… What a joke, never again. Not even a mask??!!
